Welcome to the Blue Lagoon, a picturesque coastal haven nestled amidst the laid-back charm of a quiet residential neighborhood. This beach house, a delightfully quaint and enchantingly renovated home, seamlessly integrates modern conveniences with a distinctive boho flair.
As you approach the property, a charming white picket fence greets you, immediately setting the tone for your idyllic coastal retreat. The sun-kissed facade of the home harkens to a simpler time, while the carefully cultivated tropical accents in the front yard hint at the resplendent retreat that awaits you within.
Step inside and be welcomed by the inviting open-plan layout, meticulously redesigned to marry function and style. At the heart of this abode is the unique kitchen. Here, under a constellation of bespoke lighting, the granite countertops gleam against the backdrop of high-end stainless steel appliances. A custom coffee and wine bar beckons you to unwind with your favorite drink, while the stylish cabinets are fully stocked with all the culinary tools you need to create memorable meals.

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

**AGE POLICY:
All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat.
Pool heater is electric and only capable of heating 20F above ambient temperature. Therefore, if forecasted average temperature during your stay is under 64F, pool heater may not function. Pool heat fee will be refunded if this is the case.
Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
**HOT TUB:
Hot tub is only available from September 1 - April 30. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31.
Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee.
Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week.
