Surprisingly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. ( i travel a lot ) Immediately you notice the cleanliness of the property. You can tell the staff actually care here. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. A 3 star hotel, priced like an 2 star hotel, acting like a 5 star. Great job!

I was very impressed with this hotel. Our room was very spacious. The breakfast was filling. My issues were how disgustingly dirty the floors were in our room. The bottom of our feet looked as if we had been walking around outside, the bottom of our socks turned black. They didn’t clean the rooms which was okay, I try to keep the room clean while staying in there during our three nights there, they only came in one day to empty the very small bathroom and room trash cans, but they left the obvious bags of trash and empty pizza boxes that were piling up. There isn’t a designated place to throw away trash, so many guests piled trash near the elevators which was distasteful.

Our room was clean and smelled nice. Which was my worry. Our room was 202 and everything was perfect. Inspected bed and bathroom and everything seemed very clean which was a relief. Went down to breakfast at 8:30 and there were no tables to sit in unfortunately but everything smelled nice. Wish breakfast was out til 9:30. Would stay here again.

Tiahna was rude, unprofessional and nasty when we checked in. This after she called us earlier while we were traveling on the highway from New Orleans asking us where we were! Mind boggling. She shouldn’t be dealing with the public ever let alone in customer service. Thankfully Nick came in after and he was easy, professional and answered all our questions unlike Tiahna. Beautiful property and room but when you have someone like her working there it’s a horrible experience. Then checkout is 11 and someone is calling at 11:05 and asks “Are you checking out today”? Not smooth! We were out by 11:15 and keep in mind we weren’t there until 9 the night before. Makes it very uneasy when you’re trying to get moving and you’re being watched.
