Our home is around 500 sq ft. with a very large balcony, perfect for a small family or getaway for two. The beach is a short walk away (about 300 steps) It features one bedroom, one bathroom & a large private outdoor deck. Enjoy your morning coffee, meals, or evening drinks under the patio lights while you feel the ocean breeze. It is located on the first floor above the drive under parking space. There is a flight of stairs to get to our unit. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and all your essentials. Full size appliances dishwasher, stove, oven, & refrigerator. Linens are furnished with the exception of beach towels. There is also a stackable washer and dryer for your use. 🌴Our unit has a Smart Roku TV to stream all your favorite shows & movies in the Living room and bedroom. Xfinity WiFi is also available for your use. Child’s pack n play is also provided for your needs. Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores , CVS & Dollar General are very close & within a mile away to grab all your needs. Also Waffle House & Dunkin Donuts are within a mile from condo 😊
🌴Sleeps 4 adults comfortably or 2 adults & 2 children. The bedroom has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress. The Living Room has a sleeper sofa that lets out to a full bed.
The Villas of Bahamas West Condominium is located on the quiet, less crowded west end of Panama City Beach across the street from the ocean & beach. This is not the busy area of the strip, but close enough to go enjoy it. It is approximately only 300 steps (3 min walk)to public access 93 entrance to the beach. And there’s no crowded beaches here 🏝☀️ you have the best of both worlds in a peaceful family friendly area and a great location near lots of activities. There is so much to see & do at Panama City Beach. We want you to enjoy PCB as much as we do & our unit Salt Life has all you need to do so 😎
🔆Pier Park is 6 miles east. At this outdoor complex you have a grand IMAX movie theater, laser tag, and live music.. just to name a few. Pier Park is your destination for fun, food and lots of fantastic shopping.
🔆A must see - Scenic 30A & Rosemary Beach is 3 miles to the west. Drive down 30A.... you will thank me later 😉
🔆Also, Lake Powell is less than 2 miles away. It is the largest coastal dune lake in Florida and North America and covers almost 800 acres.
🔆Camp Helen State Park is 3.5 miles away & has walking trails, fishing, wildlife & private beach.
🔆 Destin is just a 40 minute drive away

* quiet time is from 10 PM till 8:00 AM
100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least seven days before arrival date.

A $500 refundable damage deposit is required. It will be refunded back to your credit card within 7 -14 days after check out, provided there is no damage to the unit, stolen items or extra cleaning fee’s needed
