This unit is a two bedroom in Tower 3. We have others at Edgewater 2 and 3br see our VRBO ads.

The master BR contains a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. The condo also has a pullout sleeper sofa and a large flat screen tv for your enjoyment.

There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24-hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approximately 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, para sailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.

Over 110 private acres and more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds.

Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance.

You are a short walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a ten screen movie theater, grocery store, ice cream parlor, subway sandwich shop, etc. There are several piers near by for fishing and a state park right down the road.
Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

The place was very nice and fantastic views of the gulf. only issues i had was 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom that sleeps 8 . counter tops are deeply gouged and i felt there was always sand or stuff on them, and the cupboard doors closest to frigerator are very weak and loose ready to fall off was concerned would break when going in it for a glass. overall the place was very nice clean and the beachy feel through out was great. i would stat again but would like to see better counter tops installed.. the pools were fantastic and the blue angels flying over everyday from pensi-cola was fantastic.. edge water is a great place to stay will stay again

The Worst Condo you can rent
The condo has never been updated. The front door looked like it had been broken into several times. The trim looked filthy and had chunks out of it. The ceiling was ribbed tin. We had a ceiling leak that flooded one of the bathrooms. There was mold in the shower by the shower curtain rod. The dishes were put up dirty. The sliding glass doors did not lock. The walls and ceiling in the bedroom was filthy. There was batch work on the walls everywhere. It was never fixed all the way. The mud from the patch work was never sanded and painted. I was really disappointed. I thought VRBO had better standards.standards

The beaches and views of the beach were beautiful but the condo was like living in the 80’s and the construction going on the whole time we were there,very loud,don’t recommend for rest and relaxation,other than that I guess it was okay. I would really recommend an update on the whole condo,especially the bathrooms

This condo needs A LOT of much needed updates starting with the outlets. Most of them don’t work and the ones that do you can’t keep them plugged in. The mattresses are horrible. I’m on a 12 hour ride home right now with a very sore back. The dryer needs replaced too. It takes two cycles to get one small load dry. The only good thing about this place is the air is cold. Don’t expect to have everything you need to cook dinner if you wanted to, what you need isn’t there. I’ve been coming to PCB for over a decade now and this is the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had. It’s missing the TLC an actual owner gives their home away from home. I’ll never stay somewhere that is owned by a company again. Lesson learned!

Misleading description and pictures
The pictures and description of this property are misleading at best. It looks like someone did a bad DIY renovation and hasn’t bothered to maintain the property for a very long time. There are nails and rope hanging down from the low ceiling due to a poorly executed decorative “trim” falling down. There are literally no lights in the bedrooms, only lamps that don’t work and loose outlets. There are holes in the walls and unfinished patch jobs, handles are hanging off vanities and dressers are unstable. It’s more than an aesthetic issue, it’s a safety issue. On top of all that, the unit was very dirty and grimy and not in a one or two missed cleans type of way. The air vents haven’t been cleaned for a long time, evident from the long trails of dust extending across the ceiling. That’s not great for anyone with allergies, like me and my son. I wish I could post the pics I took during our stay so everyone could see the true state of this condo. It’s bad enough that it should be taken off the market until comprehensive maintenance and cleaning is completed. We paid way too much for a place in this type of condition. I contacted the property management company several times, starting at check in, and never received a reply.

Overall this was a good rental. The dryer wasn't great, the washer took some figuring out, the mattresses weren't anything to write home about, and there are zero oven mitts. But we loved the location and amenities. The management company wasn't amazing to work with but we didn't have any major issues. We were given the wrong code for the beach access gate but luckily another guest shared it with us. I never received a call back when I called the emergency line. I would stay here again!

This was the best stay for my family. The view was beautiful, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms/bathrooms were clean and even an extra storage closet with beach items. The check in was easy and detailed, pool was heated and hot tub was great for the cool evenings. Would highly recommend!

Beachfront rental
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. My parents came down and stayed a couple nights with us so the large living area really helped out. Only issue was we had some really noisy people above us that either had kids running nonstop or maybe they were putting in new floors or some type of construction. Great oceanfront and beach view. All in all it was a very nice time. However we went at the end of September and if we had waited until the next week it would’ve been about half the price. So great time but next time we’ll check for lower prices when the summer season is up.

Don’t be fooled…
The pictures make this condo look nice, but that’s about as nice as it gets. It was recently renovated or appears to have been, but only aesthetically. The washer and dryer are horrible! They shake horribly and make the most lout noise ever. To make matters worse they don’t clean or dry. The kitchen is poorly equipped, less than 4 forks for a unit of 8. Cooking utensils need to go in the trash. Pots are few and worn down. The shower liner in both bathrooms was beyond nasty! Lights throughout the unit did not work. I messaged them to let them know the bathroom light was out, and nothing came of it. The outlets throughout do not work. There is no iron, so bring your own stuff.

Beautiful property in a great location!
My issues were with things mainly out of the condo owner/managers control. The housekeepers didn’t unload the dishwasher prior to our arrival. Beds were not made and we were only able to hunt down 2 blankets for the 4 beds. Glad we brought our own! Overall cleanliness was meh. Plenty of space for my groups to sleep. Beautiful views from the living area. Dishes are super old and could use replacing. Most of the furniture was in pretty good shape. Washing machine does not spin properly so clothes had to be hand wrung after the cycle was completed. Dryer then had to put run 3-4 times to dry a load.

Stayed here over Christmas / NYE. There was a cold front that came through (low was in the 20's), so we obviously needed heat. It was not working, so I messaged the manager. They sent someone to look at it, and he said nothing was wrong. We had to go to Walmart to purchase blankets because all that it provided was very thin sheets/comforter. The washing machine shook like crazy, to the point it was coming off of the floor. I again contacted management, and they said someone would come look at it. No one came. We were there for 11 nights, and this is completely unacceptable. This unit had the bare minimum...1 garbage bag, 1 dish pod, no dish soap. The kitchen has very limited utensils...4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 knives. No tupperware, plastic wrap, foil, salt/pepper, kitchen supplies, baking sheets, pizza tray. The counter and tables were completely scratched. The main, front door looks as though someone tried to kick it in...felt very unsafe. Broken closet doors. Broken shower handle. Most outlets did not work. The entire unit was extremely dirty...dust and spider webs throughout it. The lights from the outside halls shine into the bedrooms, because the blinds are all broken...no curtains. The beds are terrible. Every time you move, it squeaks extremely loudly. Strange tin ceilings. There was exposed nails in the shower. Multiple holes/dents in the walls. Management was notified of all of this, and never responded. We have stayed at about a dozen VRBO's, and this is the only place I would not recommend staying. I should've known not to stay here, based on the previous bad reviews. If you do choose to stay here, make sure to document (photos and videos) everything...like I did.

Beautiful condo and location
The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We did have problems when checking in because they were still cleaning 30 min after we were supposed to be checked in and the cleaning job was rushed with small messes still in the condo. After the first day it was all good for the rest of the week. Great week and a lot of fun!

Pros: besides the great view from the 8th floor and the great amenities of the resort, we received a welcome email with door code & check in time, etc ahead of time, the coffee maker and blender work well, there are three big beds, hot water, good water pressure, some sand toys in closet to use, & washer and dryer worked well. We expected worse based on some of the reviews. Cons: it’s definitely a rental unit & could use a remodel. Squeaky beds, one small shower that needs updated, very little bathroom counter space, just the basics in the kitchen, & some bruised walls. Overall, the condo did the trick but could use some tlc/extras.

Review of Edgewater
We had 4 forks for the kitchen. The outlets didn’t have covers on them and we have small children. The entertainment center was broken, the smoke detector was just hanging off the wall. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. Most of the outlets worked in the bedrooms. Overall it was a decent condo but needs some things fixed. The heated pool was nice, the staff at the restaurant on the property were great. Share-bartender was amazing and so friendly! We won’t stay here again.

First glance, everything looked nice. The air vents were very dirty. Some had to be wiped down to blow efficiently. The main door and another door that was locked, were beat up and looked like someone had tried to pry them open. In the pantry, a shelf fell on my foot because it was missing a piece to hold it in place. Very little lighting in some areas. With a little better upkeep the place would be good. We loved the balcony and furniture on it. The location of this condo is perfect!! We have always stayed at Edgewater and love the pool and amenities.

I called about this property a week before arriving due to the consistent bad reviews. Was assured everything was good. As soon as I walked in I knew I was not staying in this unit. It was advertised Newley remodeled. It was not. The Furntitue was filthy with staines. The master bedroom had two closets with one missing both doors and one door missing from the other. The walls and base boards were dirty and. Dingy and haven’t been painted in a long time and in much need of it. The bathrooms were old looking and had black mold all along the bottom of the tubs at the floor and the shower curtain had black mold all on it. It was a joke for what they had charged. There were stains on the comforter in the xtra bedroom and they didn’t look or march like the picture. They had just put an old white blanket on one for a comforter. When I called the management company and sent pics they did have us moved into a beautiful place down the road within the hour and was very pleased with how they dealt with the issue.
