NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There will be periods when the units will be blocked from rental for some portions of the work. Schedules for project stages will change, pending weather. For a little more action, take the scenic 10-mile drive up to Pier Park for unlimited shopping options as well as attractions nearby such as Gulf World and Aaron Bessant Amphitheater. Camp Helen State Park and Carillo Beach are nearby and offer a bit of peace and quiet with trails and secluded beaches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
