TREAT YOURSELF to this view on your private beach! Our gorgeous 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhome in the Seacrest beach area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset on either of the two balconies with expansive unobstructed views overlooking the Gulf. In Blue Tide, you are right on a private beach where you can enjoy the sun, water activities, and relaxation. When you want a break from the beach, it's time to relax in the pool which is right outside the front door. This spacious home has plenty of space for relaxing, dining, and of course, comfortable sleeping.

We have contracted with a beach chair service, and you will have 2 chairs, a table, and an umbrella set up for you waterside each morning and taken down each evening. You of course can order more chairs or just bring down the ones we have in our storage closet. The company is also happy to rent you kayaks, SUP boards or do a sunset bonfire for you at your request.

Also, enjoy the biking and walking trail along 30A to access local shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities at Alys, Rosemary, and Seaside beaches. We have 2 adult bicycles available for your use (and we can help you rent more) for your stay to explore the area.

This is where you want to stay!
This was our first visit to the area and we could not have chosen a better place to stay AND at a great location! The owners have thought of all the big and small touches that make their home inviting. The views of the gulf and the private beach were outstanding! Parking is super convenient as well as the ease of getting in and out of the parking area. The bikes are a super nice addition. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Just Spectacular - 5 Stars
We have been fortunate to stay in some great places up and down the panhandle. Simply put - this is our favorite place to date. The condo is absolutely spectacular. It is roomy and has everything you need - and more. The beach service is convenient - and Frankie and his team are the best. The sound of the waves crashing over and over from the deck is amazing - and the views are truly breathtaking. Angie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great Get-Away
The property owners have this property set up for a seamless stay. The location is wonderful and right on the beach which is the only way we will stay at the beach. We absolutely loved the private beach and especially the beach service that was provided. This is perfect for those that prefer a little shade. We like to take our own chairs to sit near the water but if you happen to forget yours they provide those too for you to use. We would definitely stay here again!!! Just Telling It Like It Was
The place is beautiful! The owners are wonderful about getting back to you quickly. However, the beds are terrible! They are hard. They are lumpy! The attic has been turned into a bedroom, but there is no air conditioning, no vents, no windows! It was brutal, trying to sleep up there with nothing but a fan to push the hot air around! We had to keep the air conditioning turned down as low as it would go all day and all night in order to try to push some of the cooler air up into the attic bedroom. We froze downstairs in the living room and kitchen, dining area and had to wear jackets. And we went in May. I can’t imagine how it would be in July and August! Also, you should know there is no lifeguard anywhere on that beach.

Just stay here...you won't regret it
This is my families second year at Blue Tide. We had a wonderful time as usual. Checkin is seamless due to excellent communication from Angie. Plenty of room for my family of 7. House comes with basics like TP, paper towels, and most dry kitchen items like salt, pepper, etc. Perfect location on the beach with 2 chairs and umbrella already set up and waiting on you in the morning. Kayak/paddle board also available to rent from same company located on the beach. Master bedroom overlooks ocean. Plenty of extra beach chairs and some toys in the porch closet. Parking can get tight if you have 2 cars and the other units are rented. Only one assigned space per unit although we were able to find a space usually. We loved it and hope to come back next year. From the moment I contacted the host prior to booking until after check out, the communication and quality was top notch with Angie and Chuck. I was traveling solo with 2 kids and Angie made sure I had everything I needed. The condo was perfectly stocked with beach equipment and the kitchen had more than I’ve seen in most rentals. The views are spectacular and I can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend this property but would like to keep it all to myself at the same time! We chose to stay at Blue Tide because we had a family member getting married at the beach right outside the condo. This condo made accessing the beach so easy and effortless! Labor Day 2023
If you want a nice, spacious, and clean condo that's ON the beach this is it. Labor Day weekend and the private beach was still quiet and super spacious. Beach chair service is a plus. yes, there are stairs....52 of them to be exact...to get down to the beach. But with the chair service, and the fact that you're right next to the stairs, it never felt like a major chore to get our stuff up and down. Condo was very clean, comfortable, and stocked well in the kitchen for cooking, etc.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as represented. Would definitely stay here again. Angie and Chuck are great hosts! One thing worth mentioning is the stairs that access the beach are a lot. Wish there was beach access for elderly and we'd book several units for our family reunion.
