Unwind and relax after your day of adventures at our clean and quiet custom-built home. Located just a quick walk or bike ride away from Rosemary Beach. This beautiful home is within walking distance to the brick-paved streets of 30Avenue that boasts plenty of upscale dining, nightlife, shopping, and fun for the whole family! Take a dip in the community pool, a ride on the golf cart or bikes and sink into the lush couch to binge watch your favorite show on YouTube TV or Firestick!

As you enter the home you are greeted with the light and airy feel of this open floorplan home. It features a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The gorgeous hardwood floors stretch through the entire home to take you on your journey through comfort and relaxation. The living room boasts seating around the TV with open views of the kitchen. The kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops with plenty of room to host a full meal. Upgraded appliances and cooking essentials make cooking that meal a breeze. The bar seating and dining table are perfect for making lifelong family memories. Get some shut eye and snooze away your busy days in one of the three bedrooms. Each bedroom is host to a TV and plush mattresses (NEW) for maximum comfort. The primary boasts a king-sized bed, the guest bedroom features a queen, and a two twin over two full bunkbeds in the third bedroom. Wash away the day in either one of the full bathrooms featuring beautiful tile. One offers a tub/shower combo and the other features a stand-up shower. There is also a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. The backyard is private, quiet and the perfect area for a relaxing barbeque. It is fully fenced with a private hot tub, and offers enough seating for the entire family.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Guests are also welcome to the complementary amenities included in your stay. These include:

☀️Golf cart and 4 bikes are complimentary! If for some reason, the golf cart and/or bikes are broken beyond our control, no refunds will be given. We will do everything possible to get them fixed in a timely manner.

The golf cart must be driven by an adult 25+ years of age with PROOF of license and insurance. A waiver will need to be signed at least 10 days prior to arrival. If license, insurance card, and signed waiver is not provided, the key will not be provided. Please provide email after booking so I may send waiver. Please sign and send back waiver with a copy of your license and insurance card. Golf carts may be driven in Inlet Beach, down 30A, and any communities that allow them. Please note, golf carts are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest or Alys.☀️

ABOUT THE AREA: Located in Inlet Beach directly behind 30Avenue shops where you have 7 restaurants, a Marble Slab Creamery, a yoga studio, spa, shops and a sprawling green space and stage for local live music most nights! Walk to the famous Donut Hole, Rosemary Beach Farmers market or bike to Seacrest and Alys Beaches. Don’t forget Lake Powell, which is a wonderful place to fish, paddleboard, and hike.

Beach Access:
Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Found less than .7 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride your bike.

Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. (Allows beach chair rentals)

Wall Street Beach Access: Found about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. However, there is parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access (allows beach chair rental and set).

Additional Information:
We joyfully welcome one dog (up to 35 lbs), provided it is hypoallergenic and non-shedding. A non-refundable fee of $225 is required upon booking for additional cleaning. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Kindly ensure to clean up after your pet in the house and yard to avoid any extra cleaning charges.

Please note that certain breed restrictions may apply. We do not permit Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Siberian Huskies, and German Shepherds. While we adore animals, our strict policy is in place for the safety and comfort of all guests, considering potential allergies and ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.

30A Beach Blondes - Fall Break
I brought my family down for a 15th birthday celebration/vaca week for my daughter. We enjoyed our stay so much! This house is clean, adorable and very comfortable! It is exactly how the listing describes it. The beds are super comfortable too. The kids had a blast using the bikes and hot tub everyday. The pool is just a few steps from the house. (Very Convenient) They were able to walk each morning to breakfast nearby and the beach. The golf cart is an added bonus...nice to go take a stroll down 30A. Kelly is an amazing host. We happened to be down at her house when Hurricane Helene was nearby. She communicated with me daily and sent us some water and toiletries just in case we couldn't get out of the house due to the storm. She also sent the kids candy which they enjoyed! I highly recommend her place and can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time during our family vacation at Kelly's place! We really appreciated the golf cart, lots of sand toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella that came with the house. However, we did notice some dust bunnies under the furniture that could use some cleaning.

Amazing Location With Everything You Need!
My family spent a week here and absolutely loved the house/location. We drove from Tx, but once we parked the car we never moved it again. The house came with a golf cart and plenty of bikes (even a motorized petty cab!), so getting around was a breeze. Parking on 30A and at the beach is a nightmare, so having the accessibility of the bikes and golf cart was great! Look forward to staying here again on our next visit, and will definitely be flying back next time!

Lovely Vacation Home and Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our four night vacation. The home was comfortable and clean (and I am very picky)! The space was perfect for a couple and two teens. We had more than enough room. We enjoyed the use of the bikes, golf cart, pool and hot tub. The house really had everything we needed for a lovely beach vacation. The location was peaceful and we felt very safe. This was our first time in the area and the owner was very responsive to my questions and provided great recommendations. We really enjoyed Inlet Beach which is conveniently located near the home, just a short bike ride or drive. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. There is also a nearby Publix. We enjoyed visiting the nearby beach towns along 30A. Without hesitation I would recommend this rental to friends and family wanting to stay in the area. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Getaway
We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at this VRBO rental. The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated close to the beach and other attractions. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The golf cart was the perfect ride getting to and from the beach. The bikes were great to travel into Rosemary for shopping and dining. Contact with the host was super easy with quick responses. Enjoyed everything about our stay and would recommend for future vacation goers.

BEST VRBO Ever!!!
Our stay at this vacation home at Inlet Beach was our favorite VRBO vacation! Location, cleanliness, and the amenities were excellent. Although it’s not on the beach, it’s very convenient to 30Avenue for restaurants and a quick bike ride, golf cart, or tricycle ride to the beach. We parked the car on the first day and didn’t get back into it until the day we left! We rode on 30A in the 6 seater golf cart, rode bikes and the electric tricycle on the Timpoochee Trail, so there were many options to get around town!!! The golf cart was nice, but the electric tricycle was a blast. After spending the day at the beach or exploring Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, it was great to come back and relax in the hot tub in the quiet little neighborhood next to 30Avenue. We brought the pup along and it was very convenient to have a fenced in backyard! There are plenty of beach chairs and gears, so it has almost everything you would want on a vacation home near the beach. We definitely plan to visit and stay again!

Very Cute and Comfy Home
Kelly was excellent with communication! Most importantly we experienced new adventures at this wonderful abode. Golf cart experience was so fun for my daughter, this was top on her list! Easy access to the beach with golf cart or without. Easy bike ride as well! The home was well stocked with everything you would need for a beach trip (toys, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.) hot tub was also a major plus after the kiddos are done with the beach! My family will come back and book with Kelly again!

Spring Break
My husband, myself, and our 26 and 24 year old children had a great 6 night stay for our spring break. The and amenities were all as shown and Kelly was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was great and we enjoyed listening to live music at the 30 A shops area and dining at some of the restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the 30A area.

Almost everything about this property absolutely rocks. I say almost because the beach isn't really walkable... although there was some construction that should make it easier to cross the busy highway nearby. The golf cart makes beach access MUCH easier, and fun! Communication with the property manager was absolutely perfect and we can't recommend this property enough!

Birthday vacation on 30A
We had a fantastic time staying at 30A BeachBlondes, conveniently located in Inlet Beach next to the 30 Ave Shops complex and just down from the intersection of US 98 and 30A. The home was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch swing in the evenings after visiting the free summer time music events at 30Ave, a sunset stroll on Inlet Beach or hanging out in nearby Rosemary Beach. The home has plenty of beach gear, including 4 very nice Electra bicycles and an available electric tricycle - which helped greatly in getting stuff to and from the beach. Speaking of the beach - getting to it and crossing US-98 was my only complaint as it can be quite busy at times. Thankfully, an underpass at the intersection of US-98 and 30A is being constructed to allow easy travel to Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach and all of the beach access points. Looked like it was getting close to being completed. As we were there just before 4th of July, and the beach access closest to Rosemary Beach filled up fast - We chose to use either the Inlet Beach Main access point or the adjacent neighborhood access to the East of it off of Emerald Ln. Plenty of bike stalls at either location. And WOW, the beach was fantastic! It truly is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen with sugar white powder sands and emerald green water. Truly stunning! Finally, Kelly (home host) ensured our stay was special!

Amazing house
The house was the cleanest place we’ve ever rented and had everything we needed. Very spacious and plenty of space were we all had our own space. And it was very nice to have bikes and our own hot tub then the pool is within 200 yards from the front door. We will be rented this home again in the future.

Best Kept Secret in 30A - Clean, Cozy, and Convenient!
This was our first time staying in this area of 30A, and my family of 4 loved it! 30A Beach Blondes is an adorable (and very clean) home in a quiet neighborhood right off 30A. The house is very well furnished throughout and has everything you need for a week in 30A. We enjoyed biking to the beach, which was less than a half mile from the house. The electric tricycle was great for all our beach gear. The neighborhood pool is conveniently right across the street, which was fun for evening swims. Our favorite restaurant in Rosemary was just a short bike ride away, but we were excited to find some new favorite dining spots in this area. There is a great breakfast spot and several fun restaurants and shops in the neighboring 30Avenue shops…and we really enjoyed 30Ave’s live music on the green in the evenings. Overall, we found 30A Beach Blondes to be a great house in a great location! Everything we needed was just a short walk or bike ride away, and it will be even better when the Hwy 98 underpass is completed. We will definitely be back! It was just our family of four for this trip, but the layout and amenities of this house would be also great for two families traveling together.

We loved our stay at this property because it was comfortable & we had everything we needed. It was just the 2 of us but there was plenty of room for another couple and some kids. We slept in the room with en suite and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to stay at this property again!

Nice hidden gem!
Kelly’s place is wonderful - We’ve been coming to 30A/Rosemary for years and although this location is not ON the beach it is an amazing spot. It’s walkable to many fabulous restaurants at the 30A Avenue and is easy to cross Hwy 98 to get to Rosemary. (Kelly informed me that there will be an underpass built which will make crossing even easier!) We found it not even a half mile walk to get to our favorite spots in Rosemary or even to the beach. We loved having access to everything while still feeling tucked away from, what can sometimes be, a very crowded Rosemary Beach. There is the cutest breakfast restaurant and coffee shop just feet from the house that made the mornings so pleasant! The beds are comfortable and the home is very clean. The only thing I will mention is that the house is right up against HWY 98 so you can hear a bit of highway traffic HOWEVER it never bothered us. The neighborhood was so quiet and the home is so cozy we hardly noticed it. Outside of that Kelly was the most accommodating host. She reached out before our stay and during to check in and was so reachable if needed. My husband, myself, and our dog has such a relaxing stay here and we will for sure be back!

Lovely home
Great house, had everything we’d need there. Nicely decorated. Has 30Ave center very close, so that was convenient, to several restaurants. Kelly was super helpful and responsive to any questions. Only downside was the location in that it’s north of 98. You need to cross 98 and walk to beach/Rosemary, so if wanting to be a short walk to the beach, would be tough to bring chairs, umbrella, and towels.
