Great Property
This Condo was very nice and has a great view. Anna responded to all my questions within minutes. We had only one problem with a bed in one of the bedrooms and Anna had a person there to fix the bed within 30 minutes. If there was a complaint about this Condo Complex, it would be with the parking garage. Very tight parking places. Glad we have a medium size SUV and did not drive my truck. This property was very strict with wrist bands and the one hot tub can get crowded fast, but its a pretty big hot tub. All in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend this particular condo.

Shores of Panama Review
This was a weekend stay during the Thunder Beach Bike Rally. We had a great time. The view of the ocean from the balcony was simply beautiful and communication with the property manager was excellent. Overall, the place was perfect for our needs and level of comfort.

Excellent Condo to stay in!
Had an awesome week staying here. The weather wasn’t very good and we had double red flags all week but we made the best out of it. The room was very clean and was exactly what we expected it to be. The owners are amazing. Couldn’t respond faster if you txted them. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a nice place to relax. Thanks Mark and Anna for allowing us to stay!

Elevators and parking mess
Over all we had a great stay. The parking that is reserved for the room was on a different floor in the parking garage than the actual floor of the room. This made for confusion on which floor the room was actually on. Once we discovered that the reserved parking was on a different floor than the actual room that involved more elevator rides. To unload our car we had to take an elevator down to the lobby give our ID to get a luggage cart wait for an empty elevator to put the luggage cart in, go up to the floor that our car was parked on, unload the car, wait for another empty elevator, go up to the room to unload our items. Then wait for another elevator to go all the way to the lobby to then return the cart and get our license back. Throughout our stay we spent an average of 10 minutes parking our car because of the parking garage. Then it took 10 minutes to get out of the parking garage. If you also factor in elevator waiting we had to leave 30 minutes earlier just to get out of the building and parking garage. The stay other than the above mentioned drama was pleasant. The pool and beach were great. We stayed to attend a wedding. There was plenty of room to get ready and hang out. The room also had board games, pool toys, sand toys and a well stocked kitchen. The building is a little difficult to navigate at first, but once you figure it out it is fine.

Rental and checkin easy and great communication. The facility needs to be repaired. Condo was nice GREAT LOCATION. Firework display was beautiful!!Pool Closes to early and you can not have your adult beverage in or near pool/hot tub. The indoor pool and hot tub water is freezing and jets do not work in hot tub. The facility needs to be updated so the condo owners have returning customers. Beautiful views great beds and nice condo.

Overall a good place to stay, package with armbands and info not in condo as stated it would be , had to call the evening we arrived to get them. The thermostat was locked on a temp that was uncomfortably hot so we had to call for that also as well as the fridge not cooling. The view was beautiful and the condo was roomy. The elevator situation was not good. They were always packed especially in the afternoons and one of them was broken part of the time we were there. The owner was responsive to our issues but the issues we had and the time it took to deal with them were irritating

Major Bed Bug Problem
One of my children had welts up and down her arms from bed bug bites after the first night. Reported issue and sent pics of welts and bed bugs to property manager. We had to stay out of condo for 2 days of our 4 day vacation so they could verify bed bugs and then clean for bed bugs. Property manager apologized, but offered no compensation for our lack of access to the condo. And bedbugs were still on the floor after the cleaning. Taking child to doctor today for welts. Parking garage is truly as bad as everyone says. We would not recommend unit 1501, and we will not stay here again. View from balcony is nice.

Room was ok, but the parking was the worst if ever encountered. Parking spaces were extremely small and going up and down parking floors was a nightmare. Also elevators are too small and always full. Traffic in Panama Beach was very frustrating.

Unit was nice. Beautiful pool area, but couldn't get anywhere to sit if you didn't put a towel out at 8 am. We spent an average of 20-30 minutes waiting on an elevator. The parking deck is the worst I've ever seen. Good luck finding a yellow space for a second car.
