I need a vacation from this vacation
I wrote out my nightmare vaction and it wouldnt take my whole story!!!!!! Since im limited on what to say... Here are tips to follow if you choose this aweful place! 1. Make sure to check your spam folder for parking passes! ( Make sure EVERYTHING on the tag is correct) 2. CHECK THE GROUND FOR ANY TICKETS.. BECAUSE WHEN YOU FIND THE "2ND" ONE THEY WILL TRY AND MAKE YOU PAY A FINE FOR IT BEING YOUR "2ND" ONE EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE PROOF YOU PAID FOR PARKING PASSES!! ***WE NEVER FOUND THE 1ST TICKET*** 3. You will have to meet with the HOA to handle the fine and show him all the proof you had that you paid the passes and still got told i would have to pay being it was our 2nd ticket even when you never received the 1st one! Had to argue with him saying i have my receipt from paying why would i not come show you this had i received the 1st ticket! 4. The security guy like harassing you about if you belong in the building deck or not! (Different person/vehicle than me), but they were vacationing with me. 5. My kids almost got hit by an idiot flying up the ramp, im sure that would have gotten handled better if the security guy wasnt so worried about peoples parking passes that have already paid!!!!!! 6. The floors was so nasty we bought house shoes for our feet to not turn black in there!!! We have stayed at Sunrise 10+ times and it is not like it used to be. We will NEVER be back!

Everything was great. Good location, great customer service, clean, and easy access to the beach. Just make all the tv’s flat and the place would have been perfect.

This property is a great value with large rooms that are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The check in and out process is easy. The view of the ocean is the best! There are many places to visit within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Nice unit, nice location, nice beach.
The unit is a beautiful but a little tired. There's some stains on furniture & missing décor from the walls. Also, bath cabinets were in need of repair. Beds don't have traditional blankets. They are more like sheets. King bed was great but, queen was very squeaky. Twins-fine. For a condo this nice, they need Kleenex, regular spoons (only tablespoons in the drawer), Swiffer pads (for getting up sand. The old broom is worthless.), coffee filters, and bath matts as shower is slick. I've never stayed in a condo that didn't have coffee filters, salt, pepper & sugar at least. The appliances have all seen better days. The stove turn dials are rubbed off. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are very loud. Nice refrigerator. All in all still very nice condo. The 3 bathrooms are great for a family.

This was a beautiful condo with awesome views.
. There was a lot of room for 6 adults. We enjoyed the space. I would recommend a better stocked kitchen. We ate in the condo for all our meals. There was not a cutting board, hot pads, and some of the cooking utensils were broken or missing. The dishwasher was broken. The bottom drawer did not pull out (wheels were missing). The turntable in the microwave did not turn. The kitchen just needs some attention. We made due. On a bad note, we were told by email and on the phone that there was NO way we could check in early due to extra cleaning for Covid. This was included in our cleaning fee. I checked the availability of the condo and could see it had not been rented the week before we arrived. Upon our arrival, I checked with the desk to see if we could bring our things in and have them hold them until check in. We were told (three hours before our check in time) that the condo was ready. They let us check in early. We were grateful. Once we got into the condo, we could see that the condo had not been cleaned in a while. There were spider webs all over the living room and in some of the door ways. The floors were very dirty. Our feet turned black after walking around the condo. It was stuffy and musty. I am guessing the room was cleaned after the last renters left (at least a week before we arrived). They should not have told us they were doing EXTRA cleaning so we could not check in early. The room defiantly had not been cleaned in a while. That is just poor management.
