Newly-renovated, Gulf-front living in Seacrest Beach. Stunning views from the main living area and from your master bedroom retreat. Walk right out your back door and down the complex's private boardwalk to the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast.

As you walk into the open concept living you'll be wowed by the Gulf views. The living area is ready for comfort with a large sectional and oversized chair. Right off the living area is also a coffee bar with Keurig. Makes it easy to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch a sunrise on the patio.

The dining area has seating for 6 and there is also more seating outside for dining al fresco. The 1st bedroom is downstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin daybed. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Located in the tranquil community of Seacrest Beach, Blue 9 is a small complex that sits right on the Gulf of Mexico. The private beach access directly out your back door offers your family a truly special vacation getaway. This fully private beach is just for Blue 9 and its 9 townhomes and offers so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a beach day. You’re still close to great shopping and restaurants, easily accessed by bike or car. The 19-mile bike path that follows all of 30A runs right in front of the property.

Seacrest Beach:
Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy - you'll find it right outside your front door.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The location of the property was wonderful!!!
The property has a million dollar view and it is nicely decorated. Access to the beach is fabulous. You don’t really have to leave the property if you don’t want to! The cons would be the bed on the first floor was not comfortable, the lack of kitchen towels and a potholder. It would be great to have welcome instructions as well. All in all it was a great stay.

Beautiful Townhouse
We loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse! It has been newly updated and looks clean and pretty. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The best part about it was the View from the deck. We loved to sit as much as possible on both decks to enjoy the view and the beautiful sunsets. We will forsure come back and stay here.

Great Location directly on the beach
Traveled for a "back to school" weekend with my two young daughters and my sister. Since dad wouldn't be coming along to help carry everything I wanted to stay as close to the sand (and the front door) as possible. This unit delivers on both. Parking directly at the front door couldn't have been easier. We were also able to walk straight out the back door and down the deck onto the beach. This being a single level unit surrounded by private homes made the beach super quiet. There were a couple things that were interesting about the property and would give me a touch of hesitation to book again. The first being no way to lock the back door once you went out to the beach. The glass sliding back door could only be locked from the inside. This was a little strange to me, as when you left for the day on the beach you just had to hope nobody wandered into your unit. The second is the arrangement of the back porch. All 9 units share a common back porch. This made it quite loud in the evenings when other people staying there were still up partying well past midnight. It also created a lack of privacy. When we came inside for the evening, we felt like we had to close the curtains so all of the neighbors weren't peering in. I also felt like I was sharing my coffee with all the neighbors every morning. Overall, even though the unit is a little more dated than I have come to expect on 30A, I would recommend it family groups who are traveling together and could book more than one unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Nine 5.
The rental process was easy- getting in the door this year was a challenge. The management company wasn’t answering the phone and we had to drive to their office to get help getting into the condo. This delayed our beach time by an hour. The maintenance man was terrific and fixed the problem for us. Overall a fairly positive experience. Last year we had no problems at all.Maybe they were just having an off day.

Easy access to the beach but overall "Meh"
This rental is "meh." The reason we chose this rental is because of the access and view of the ocean. The rental itself it outdated with cheap fixes. It seems as though the owners/management do as little as possible for the stay to be nice for their guest. It's clear this unit is used only for income and not for providing a wonderful experience. This unit is strictly for easy access to the ocean. It's parking was easy and convenient, which is good because you have to use your car any time you leave. It's almost directly in the middle of Panama City and Destin. Everywhere is about a 15-20 minute drive for activities, dinning or groceries. I would stay here again only for convince IF I had a family with children for beach access. If you're looking for a nicer rental (with metal toilet paper holders and not the cheapest at Home Depot at least) this is not for you. You'll get few upgrades with almost nothing supplied, but great access to the ocean for this rental!
