Ikä 18-25 OK, vuokraamme la – la. kevätloman aikana, toukokuun puolivälissä, kesästä lokakuun puoliväliin. Noin 3–5 yötä ja viikonloppuvuokrausta on saatavana myöhä syksyllä ja myöhään keväällä tai satunnaisia viime hetken varauksia varten. Perheille ei vaadita käteisvakuutta.

Tämä upea 13. kerroksen 3 BR 3 BA: n 2450 neliömetrin luksusyksikkö, jossa on 10 jalkakatto, sijaitsee Hidden Dunes Beach Resort -kompleksissa, joka on suoraan meren rannalla Meksikonlahdella. PET-YSTÄVÄLLINEN Lemmikkieläimet jopa 60 # OK 3 Koiraraja Woof Woof! Lemmikkieläinmaksumme on 100 dollaria. 1 koira lisää 50 dollaria jokaisesta ylimääräisestä koirasta. Lomakeskus vaatii sisäänkirjautumisen nykyiset laukausrekisterit. Lomakeskukseen maksetaan 25 dollaria per lemmikkieläin rekisteröintimaksu ja kertamaksu 25 dollaria per varausmaksu.

Lattiat ovat kaikki laattojen sisäänkäynnin keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneissa ja suunnitellut kovapuulattiat kaikissa makuuhuoneissa ja upeassa huoneessa. Ei hätää värjättyjä mattoja tässä yksikössä!

Vuokraamme perheille, joilta ei vaadita käteisvakuutta, jotta voit käyttää rahaa lomalle. Alle 25 dollaria vaaditaan 500 dollarin vakuus, joka palautetaan 21 työpäivän lähtöpäivänä, jos ongelmia ei ole. Valtion, läänin ja kaupungin verot sisältyvät hintoihin.

We called 3 times about the condo needing small items fixed/maintained. They didnt show the 1st or 2nd time. 3rd time we called, the dryer quit. Maintenance finally came that day. Super nice man. Fixed our dryer with a small hack.

The condo was great, very clean. A few of kitchen cabinet doors were off the hinges. Was reported several times, was told maintenance would be by to repair. They never showed. I would most definitely stay again.

Very spacious loved the area as well as Hidden Dunes condo. Only issues needs some updates and not stocked well at all. By far the worst stocked condo we have ever stayed in, but because of views and location as well as the uncrowded beaches will definitely be back.

Spring Break Group
I stayed at this condo with a group of 10 people and we had a great time. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for us all. I had a few complaints, but they were mild. We had multiple run-ins with odd permanent residents in the common spaces. At one occasion, while the girls in our group were alone in the elevator, an older gentleman came in telling them that he lived there, asking them what floor and unit they were staying in, and becoming upset that they wouldn't tell him. In terms of problems with the condo itself, the hot tub was the biggest disappointment. They say it's drained and cleaned between every stay, but when we arrived it was filthy, with large amounts of hair and other gunk floating in it, and it wasn't even filled enough to be up to your waist when sitting in it. Additionally, it didn't heat up for our entire stay, despite attempting the "fixes" listed in the email. The bedding was also a small issue, as there wasn't extra bedding provided for the pullout sofa's, so I would recommend you bring your own blankets if you plan on using them. On our final day, the cleaning crew arrived two hours prior to our check out time, however, they did leave once they realized we were still there. My final complaint is that I never received any responses to my communication while I was there. I asked two questions about my stay to the number they had texted me from, but I received no answers. It's a beautiful location, and the condo itself is well decorated.

CONDO NEEDS UPDATES AND MATTRESSES
First off, the layout of this condo is great. Large living room area is fantastic. The 2 green sleeper sofas need to be thrown out. The stains on them were disgusting. We never sat on them bc we were grossed out. I can't imagine trying to sleep on them. The stories they could tell... The updated living room furniture was very nice. Leather sofa and recliners.The kitchen needs a major update. Has a new fridge (which is nice) but stove is almost dangerous bc the burner indicators have been worn off. So you have to turn on a burner and wait to see which one it is. Sterling silver silverware needs to be cleaned properly, looks very dirty. Or just get updated silverware. Kitchen cabinets need redone and cleaned thoroughly. The mattresses on every bed ARE AWFUL. A couple bed had pieces of plywood to try to help. I literally tried different beds bc I couldn't sleep at night. Didn't help at all. Excellent laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Master bath had been updated. The other 2 bathrooms could use some updates specifically the showers. Big dining room table which is great. Great bar area next to kitchen. Private hot tub was great bc the "heated" pool for the complex wasn't very warm. The lid to hot tub needs to be replaced as it's falling apart. We were constantly picking pieces of Styrofoam out. The location was great. We were there in December so not a lot of traffic. Unless a few updates were made AND NEW MATTRESSES we would not stay here again.

Spacey and relaxing get away
The condo was nice and very big. It was really clean. The condo looks way nicer in person than in the pictures too. The TVs have been upgraded and are all nice. The beds aren't super comfortable but being worn out from the sun it wasn't an issue falling asleep what so ever. The pool is very nice and always has plenty of chairs open. We had an issue with the hot tub and they came out and fixed it the same day. The balcony has nice chairs to sit and relax on. Overall it was great place to stay and was only 20 minutes from pier park.

Loved the gated complex, pool and location. Loved the condo but the 2 issues were it needs a deep clean and we never did figure out how to sync the lights to turn them off or on without another room light coming on or off. The description of the sleeping/furniture needs updated

It was not very clean. Had roaches really bad. Had no information on the Tv. The balcony was great with a great view. When we arrived the lock needed a battery for us to get in. Some of the furniture was really worn. You advertised the unit With two king beds and it had one and a queen size. Have stayed at Hidden Dunes a lot and love the location. Wish they had more handicap parking. I

Stay at Hidden Dunes 1304
This condo is huge and I have stayed in this complex several times before so I knew we would love it. We had 12 and had plenty of room and bathrooms. One thing about this unit was that it should be better maintained. We killed about a dozen German cockroaches on the counters during the stay; I called on maintenance to spray but am not sure they did. I called again and got no answer and no response to my message. There was also mold on the ceiling in the front bathroom, a water leak under the sink in the front bath that had been "fixed" by a plastic container placed underneath. One kitchen cabinet door was falling off the hinges. In general the maintenance needs to be improved and the owners should get what they are paying for. There are brand new recliners and sofa in the living room, the beds are great, plenty of pillows, AC is cold, the hot tub operates but for some reason the jets are weak. Parking is good at this complex, beach is uncrowded, elevators are fast and all outside facilities are very clean. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and will stay at Hidden Dunes probably at least twice a year.

Nice Place But……
This place has lots of potential. It is a large condo with plenty of room. However, it does need some repairs. The refrigerator door shelves were all cracked and one drawer about to fall apart. One cabinet door about to fall off. It took all week for the hot tub to heat up. Most plug ins are loose and the cords won’t stay in. Needs new transition boards between the tile and hardwood floors. Has a few holes in the walls from door knobs. Bottoms of shower doors had black slime on them. The description of the beds lists two king beds and two queen beds but there is a king in the master., a queen in the other single room, and 1 dill size beds in the 3rd bedroom. And the mattress in the master was not very comfy and very squeaky getting in and out and moving at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and didn’t let the little imperfections affect our vacation. Loved the laundry room and the big master shower. The view is beautiful!!!!

Hidden Dunes is great….unit 1304 is not!
I have vacationed in PCB my entire life. It truly is “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. This was our first time staying at Hidden Dunes and we loved it. No crowds, minimal traffic and no long waits for the elevator. So, I will definitely be staying there many years to come. My complaint was with our unit. I should have believed the other reviews but brushed them off as people just complaining. Unit 1304 could be wonderful with some updates and a deep cleaning. And replacing or removing the hot tub. They could take one weeks rent and make this place great. Get new bigger TV’s, replace or fix the cabinet doors, bedding needs to be updated, fixed the leak under the bathroom sink, so the plastic container can be removed. I didn’t realize it was there for a leak and placed my hair dryer, flat iron and Beachwaver under there as I was unpacking. All of them were ruined because of water dripping on them. We were never able to watch tv in the living area. After contacting the property manager about instructions on how to get them on, we were able to watch in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. The tv in the living area would come on and then go off..,and did I mention it’s a small tv for a very large living area!! TV’s are not that expensive…get some new ones. And the unit needs a very good deep cleaning!!! I found busted latex balloons in the bedroom and bathroom when we first checked in. A sure sign that no one had cleaned that room and bathroom. I did let the property manager know about it. Shower heads didn’t work properly because they need to be cleaned. This place is too nice to not be taken care of. These issues could be simple fixes and just didn’t happen over a few months….it’s been years of neglect. I will definitely be staying at Hidden Dunes but it won’t be in unit 1304 unless they make some updates and clean it up!
