Welcome to Beautiful Laguna Beach! 124 E. Lakeshore Dr. is less than a block from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, on the West End of Panama City Beach, away from crowded high rises, but still close proximity to all that PCB has to offer! Walk to Thomas's Donuts or The Carousel Supermarket, and bring back breakfast or a bottle of bubbly to enjoy next to the private pool in your backyard.

Bring the whole family with room for everyone! You'll have room to spread out with this fantastic floor-plan, with three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and the cozy and charming living, kitchen, and dinette rooms, this beach cottage has all of the amenities of home, with an eclectic bohemian beach vibe that you can't help but fall in love with. Pet Friendly! $250 pet non-refundable fee. Up to 2 dogs.

The white towels and linen (and blankets/duvets) provided are not to be taken outside. Please utilize your washer and dryer and advise of any staining immediately. This would be covered under your damage waiver, but we will need to re-stock the home upon your departure.

Pool was not fit to swim in. Contacted property manager and someone came right out and cleaned the pool. We kept it up skimming overnight debris. No issues after that. We will consider staying agaon. We enjoyed the location and it was a nice experience

Cute Pet-Friendly Beachhouse w Pool

This house had it all for us! It was a great fit for my husband, daughter (age 10) and large dog. Clean, cute decor, and great pool! We enjoyed the location, an easy walk to Thomas for donuts and coffee, to Carousel grocery, and to the beach! We really appreciated that it was dog-friendly and out doggie loved being able to come on vacation with us.

Don’t stay here

We left after a week, sketchy people behind us, Relocated after a week, the place is in need of many updates and a cleaning. There wasn’t even a kitchen table to sit at, pool was disgusting, the whole place is a dump👎

Had an excellent time

Excellent property so close to beautiful beach front. The home was very clean and just as described. We enjoyed the private pool and outdoor space very much. On a quiet street close to Pier Park but outside of the noise and traffic.

Very nice for a couples getaway

The property is nice and laid back. The pool privacy is a plus. We barbecued and played music in the back patio. However, no lighting in the pool at night. The kitchen was equipped well enough to cook what ever. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms tub and showers, not bad. Overall this is a very nice place to stay.

This was a great cottage style vacation home with a fenced pool in the back. Super clean with welcome kits for showers,laundry,dishes,etc. Right across from beach!! Great access to the city and the beach! Will stay again!

Can’t beat it!

This is such a cute Florida home! You cannot beat the location and the pool was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. It’s also dog friendly, so our fur babies were able to join us.

Family get away

House was great. Had everything we needed. The pool was having issues so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The owner had someone out to fix it but wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Would stay there again, great get away

Great location

Cute and cozy house, ideal for a small family like ours. Enjoyed the stay and loved the location. Pool is also fantastic! Recommend that owners keep beach towels and an umbrella for future guests, not very convenient to buy our own for a short stay.

If I could post pictures I would! This place was nasty from the get and the pictures in this posting are WAY OUTDATED. Arrival: no AC, no cable, internet spotty at best and absolutely filthy. No return vent filter. One bathroom: backed up sink and shower. Other bathroom: mildew and nasty hair in drain and on floor near toilet. Table and chairs in eating area fits kids 10 and under only. POOL: was green and covered in mildew and mold. Leaves all in pool. Outside: boxes and trash everywhere, tree debris and dead shrubs all over. The property managers did try to help as best they could but the owners of this place should be ashamed and embarrassed. I would NOT recommend this place.

Disrepair

The pictures are of the house are old or retouched. The AC was out when we got there and the unit had to be replaced. We were moved to a nicer house in the interim which we appreciated but this necessitated that we move three times in a week. The pool is in disrepair. The filter is broken so the pool is filthy. The chlorine level probably hasn’t been checked in months. There is dust on every baseboard of the house. One of the showers doesn’t drain well and didn’t have a shower liner in it. A moldy shower curtain was the alternative. We were very disappointed and wouldn’t consider returning.

Location, but...

First, the location was wonderful. West end of PCB so it was not crowded, Thomas' (great breakfast, donut, snack and ice cream shop) and the beach only 1 block away. The house is a typical beach bungalow built in the 40s and has been added on to. The floors are uneven in places and the doors don't stay open/closed without being secured in the jambs. There are 2 bedrooms, and one sleeping area without a door (it's called a bedroom in the listing). The beds in the bedrooms were fine, however the one in the sleeping area is worn out and tilts to one side, which made sleeping difficult for my son and DIL. Additionally, beware the AC struggles to cool the bedrooms. One of the bathrooms is a half bath (no electrical outlets in there so don't plan on doing your hair), with a tall step down into another room that has a tub/shower combo and laundry area. The kitchen is remodeled and everything works as it should. The largest skillet available is 10" so plan accordingly. You also step down from the kitchen into an area that has a little 4 seat table that was great for the kids. The living room furniture was fine and that room has a mini-split system which works great to keep the area cool. The TVs did not work, property manager was notified but the problem was not resolved prior to our departure. The house was not as clean as we expected, and the only cleaning equipment was a broom/dustpan. The pool was a wonderful addition to the house and one of the reasons we selected this property, however it also needed to be cleaned. And finally, the trash was never collected our entire stay. The outside receptacle was nearly full on our arrival and we ended up having to set our garbage on the ground for the week. Our issues were reported to the property manager, and while we did get some responses to our texts, actual resolution of our issues did not happen.

Awesome all the way around!

Beautiful home, great pool, less than 100 yards to the beach, and best breakfest in town around the corner. Honestly a great time away from the busy areas so beach is very enjoyable. Although we weren't there for TV it would have been nice to have cable or a smart TV in the house to log into. We will stay there again if we decide to go back to PCB.
