This warm and inviting beachfront getaway features a balcony overlooking the sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico below, a fully equipped kitchen with all the pans and utensils needed to prepare and serve your favorite meals, and in-unit laundry for extra convenience. The primary bedroom offers a king bed while the guest bedroom includes two queen beds. Tidewater Beach Resort's shared amenities are out of this world. Spend a wonderful time swimming at one of the many swimming pools available and then rest your tired body in the hot tub or steam room. If the kitchen and all of its appliances are not enough, take advantage of the BBQ area conveniently equipped with charcoal grills.
If you don't truly feel like cooking and would like to dine with the locals, you can head to any of the nearby local restaurants such as The Craft Bar, Coconuts Restaurant, or Mike's Cafe & Oyster Bar, all less than one and a half miles from your condo. Pier Park is less than a mile from the resort and offers shopping and plenty of family-friendly activities such as Skywheel Panama City Beach, Grand IMAX Theater, and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
