Beach & Pool Access:
- Deeded Beach Access: Deeded access to the beach is just a short walk away (around 0.4 miles), and you'll be able to enjoy the pristine beaches of Seacrest Beach and beyond.
- Pool Access: The Seacrest Community Pool is just a 2-minute walk (0.2 miles) from Cristiliano Summer. At over 12,000 square feet, it’s one of the largest resort-style pools on 30A—perfect for a refreshing swim.
- Beach Towels: Not provided.
- Beach Chairs: Beach chairs may be located at the property during your reservation but are not guaranteed.
Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:
Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:
Contact information
Rental address
Arrival & departure dates
Number of adults (11 & older) and children (10 & younger)
Year, make, model, color, and tag number of all vehicles parking at the residence
After completing the registration, you’ll receive directions for picking up your wristbands before check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.

NO PETS:
No pets of any kind are permitted in The Salty Mermaid at Prominence on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING:
Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in The Salty Mermaid. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
NO GOLF CARTS/LSV:
Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.
