Great memories
Loved the resort. The weather was awesome all week. Overall the condo was nice. The refrigerator needs replacing very dated and didn’t keep things cold. Requested more pillows and blankets because there was only 2 pillows per bed and none for the sofa sleeper. I would stay here again so overall it was a great trip

The only disappointment was no hot water and the manager on duty at the property stated that all units didn't have enough hot water due to the size of the hot water tank. Which leads to only two people showering or bathing at a time until the water builds back up. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Great place
Great for our family trip! Very spacious and great view of the ocean. Only complaint would be the quality of the pots and pans that burned everything we tried to cook :) Would definitely go back here though!

Unfortunately, the unit wasn't available at 4:10. I was told by Britney that she had no idea.
I'm a timeshare owner, I've never had an experience where my unit wasn't available. Britney wasn't able to tell me when the unit would become available. I've never experienced this in my life. My fiance and I were bringing friends to join us, but had to stand outside and try to think of other options after being told we would be refunded our funds. How would you respond to traveling five hours, arriving and not having dwelling for the night? How? Why?
