Spacious three (3) bedroom - three (3) bath condo. This a 1700 square foot end unit paradise floor plan on the 10th floor of the east splash tower.

This exquisite unit sleeps 6 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed for a total of 8 people. Two king master suites (one is a private lock-out suite) w/gulf view balconies, and a queen guest bedroom also with its own private balcony. The main king master bedroom boast a spacious bathroom with a large separate shower and garden tub.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride as well as an arcade.The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Occupancy:
•The maximum number of guests for this condo is 8.
•We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.

This is a no smoking/no pets condominium.

Cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation on or before the 45th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $500 initial deposit.

• Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance or unless we can re-book the unit for the same time period.

Plenty of room in the condo loved the mother in law suite toddler could nap with no interruptions. Need more storage for food. Kids loved the resort especially after one pool warmed up. Only down side which is no fault of owner the guy doing beach chairs was pushing you out even before 5

Great Stay!
We had a great stay. It was clean and spacious. The “mother in law” suit makes it perfect for more than one family. We had a family of 3 and a family of 4. one couple stayed in the main room, 2 kids (best friends ages 10 and 11) stayed in the queen room, and then another couple with two year old staying in the mother in law suite. The mother in law suite a/c works well but can get a little warm, so i do recommend having a small fan. Resort was nice for families!

Our family vacation
Our stay was better than we could have imagined. There was 6 of us including me and my husband, my son and daughter in law and 2 grandchildren age 6 and 14. The 3 bedrooms each with their own balconies with ocean views and their own bathrooms, was so nice and gave each of us our personal space. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. The owner was easy to contact and answered quickly. I would highly recommend this condo.

This is a great property. Convenient to go into the hot spots but far enough away to have some peace if needed. Pools and splash zone were super hits for the youngsters. Great beach access and an Alvin's Island connected to the parking for any beach need.

Condo was awesome and exactly like the pictures. The water park was a hit with the little one. Had great food at the tki hut and all staff was very polite and helpful. Will be staying here again in the future. The price was definitely worth it.

Awesome layout.
This property was set up nicely for a large family. We loved the separate "lock out" suite. The people in that room had the option of turning in early while the others stayed up. The only suggestions I would make is to have it deep cleaned and add more bath towels. We only had 2 towels in each bathroom, so we were washing every day. We had no hot water when we got there but the owner quickly responded and had a plumber there in record time with a new water heater. Also, I was glad that I brought my own coffee pot because the one in the condo was stored away in the closet with the water heater and a/c unit air intake. I would not feel comfortable using something that was stored in that dirty closet where all of the dust & stuff are "sucked" into. Overall, the little things were not an issue, and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Family Vacation!
We had the best time. We had 6 adults and 2 small children. Such an easy checkin process first of all which usually can be so hectic but not with this unit. So much space for all of us! The lockout unit was great giving you two master suites! Each unit with its own private deck with beach views and then regular huge family deck as well ❤️. Even the living room has another giant floor to ceiling window giving you even more light and views. We loved staying here.

Wonderful rental
Th is rental exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not highlight all of the property’s features. This rental was clean, the beds were comfy and the views were out of this world. The lock out suite was perfect for my in-laws who stayed with us. We had all three kiddos share a room with no problem. The couches were very comfortable as well. The balconies were amazing to sit and relax and watch the gulf. Everyone had an excellent time. The owner, James, went above and beyond when we checked out and realized we left some belongings behind. Excellent customer service. We will stay again for sure.

We took our grandchildren to the beach for their first visit. The loved the lazy river pool and the pool next to it. The Splash is very family friendly. Our condo was clean and we enjoyed having the space to spread out into the extra bedroom.

Fall break!
Loved the lock-out suite! Me and my husband stayed in the lock-out suite and my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter stayed in the main suite. Beautiful views from the balcony and plenty of pools for the granddaughter to play in, she had a blast! James was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. There’s plenty of extra linens, some umbrellas and sand toys in the unit. The lock out king suite is really a separate suite from the rest of the space. You actually enter into a small foyer area and then there are 2 doors one going to the king suite and the other going to a 2 bedroom suite. Not ideal for 2 families both with kids. The door on the master bedroom doesn’t lock. There were 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 nine year olds and it wasn’t enough sleeping space for us like we thought it would be. There isn’t an arcade/mini bowling alley anymore, but between the beach and pools there is plenty to do. The views are amazing, the resort is on the quiet end of PCB which we really enjoy. You just can’t beat the resort amenities.

10th floor has a great view. This unit has an available lockout room that was very nice. 3 balconies is a unique feature for a condo. Owners response to questions were in a timely manner. Would love to stay at this one again in the future. Splash Resort is a great place for families.

Overall everything was good
Overall enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions. The queen size bed had a terrible mattress that should be replaced. Also the bedroom with the queen bed doesn’t have its own bathroom; it’s in the hallway. The separate balconies were nice and my grandchildren really enjoyed the splash pad. I would stay again.
