This Tropic Winds Condo is located directly on the beach and has 3 Bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms, Located on the 6th floor the condo has Beachfront views that you just dream of. The very oversized, 10' x 28' balcony is amazing!! Just minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park on the quiet west end of the beach. It is a perfect retreat whether your looking for family time, a fun filled vacation, a relaxing quiet time or a romantic getaway.

Upon arrival you will park in your OWN assigned parking space just a few feet from the elevators. Extra Paid parking across the street.

The kitchen is completely ready and waiting for you with everything you will need. Stainless steel appliances with extra large Refrigerator & Freezer and Microwave and Dishwasher.

We want you to enjoy your beach experience as much as your time in the condo, and have provided for your convenience including a Tea pot and crock pot.

Owners were great on communication. Fully stocked condo with beach toys, towels, chairs, coolers. The Labor Day week was quiet and the beach service ended early but we still had a great time. Water was beautiful and love the location.

Had a wonderful time here for our stay in PCB. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There are 3 elevators and they are fast. We never waited more than a minute or two max. The beach was wonderful and you are close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

PCB Family vacation 2024
The condo was spacious and amazing. The balcony area was so nice and fit the whole family with perfect views of the ocean. They had many of the things that you would want to bring down to the beach such as Flippers, beach towels, cooler, and beach toys just to name a few. Scott was amazing and he responded within a few minutes to each of my questions via text. I would give him 10 out of 5 stars. The only down side to this place is the parking deck. Our parking was on the fourth floor and maneuvering the ramps to get to the next level was terrible. We had to stop and put it in reverse so that we could make the sharp turn. If you are in a bigger suv or full size truck it is a nightmare. My RAV4 had no problem but my F150 could not make the tight turns. The parking deck was definitely an afterthought on this beautiful condo.

The condo was very nice. The only complaint was that the floors were sticky and dirty in the bedroom and bath areas. Also was not happy with parking. We had two vehicles (trucks) and one parking spot. The turning radius in the garage is not wide enough and u have to stop and back up on each floor coming in and going out. Also parking scarce for second vehicle. Had me parked in a vender parking place. Overall we had a good time but not sure I would recommend to friends.

Summer vacation
We had 5 people staying in the condo for one week, four adults and one three year old. It was great that the condo was stocked with plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, etc. We did not have to bring any of those items with us from home. Beds were comfy. Location was great. Close to Winn Dixie. Salty Sues restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend. The pool at the property was nice as well, portion indoor and outdoor. The gas grills worked for grilling a few nights.

Loved the condo! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Loved watching the ocean from the balcony and listening to the waves! Would swim in the ocean and if it got to hot then we would jump in the pool.

Property was Great! Lots of chairs and things for Beach no need to bring anything extra from home, place has everything you will need. Master bedroom could use a new mattress set for bed( a little uncomfortable) but we made it work other than that I loved the place and will be back! The Property management on site and by email was very helpful.

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5. Appliances and furnishings were in good condition, nothing was in bad repair. Check in was easy. The owners were always quick to respond. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, great views and a perfect sugary beach. The property managers put chairs and umbrellas out each day for us to use and there was a pool and hot tub as well. This is a great location if you want a quiet retreat from the crazy Spring Break crowd closer to the main drag. Easy to get to with a parking garage. Overall a great location and condo

Great condo! Great Location!
We love this condo building, and enjoyed this unit with our kids! One of the reasons we stay at Tropic Winds is the spacious balconies. Very nice to be able to hang out and be near the ocean even if the weather isn’t perfect. We recommend it and will hopefully be back to this unit ourselves!

This place is Perfect!
I've come to Panama City Beach for 30+ years and this has to be the most well equipped place that I've ever stayed in. This place is nicely decorated and clean. The bedrooms are spacious. It is quiet and not crowded yet very close to Pier Park. Communication with Scott was effortless. I would definitely recommend this place.

Five old ladies and a rooster
Four sisters, brother and his wife visited the last week of September. We range in age from 65 to 78. This was a very special trip after the loss of our oldest sister, one spouse, and a year of being shut in because of COVID19. We had a great.time visiting together, swimming in the ocean, going on an evening cruise, and sampling the local fare. The location of this condo was convenient to restaurants, groceries, and Pier Park. The unit was nice and clean for the most part. (The tub in the first bedroom to the left was really dirty. You could see footprints in the surface.) The garbage cans had liners, but when you removed the liners all of the cans were nasty. The balcony was a wonderful place to eat, enjoy the beach and the sea breeze, get some rays, read a book, or just hang out for some stimulating conversation. The furnishings were nice, clean, and comfortable. While we were there a few things happened in the unit. A light bulb went out in one of the bedrooms. The plumbing under the sink in the first bedroom to the left leaked and soaked our toilet paper and towels. Brother hand tightened the fittings and no more leaks. The television in the living room had a problem with sound and made voices difficult to understand. The last night we were there, the dishwasher didn’t open the soap dispenser when it should have. We found unused soap had run down the door and was puddled in the bottom of the dishwasher. We left the dishwasher running when we left. With the exception of the television all of these incidents were things that could occur in any home. The only reason I mention them is for the owners to check and do repairs if needed. The process of renting was quick and easy. Communication regarding key codes, unit availability at arrival, parking policies, etc was exceptional…no waiting, just unpack and enjoy your vacation. In spite of the few things that were inconvenient, I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Great views, great locations, great space!
We had a great time! The property definitely met our standards. Great location. We had 7 in our party and the space didn’t feel cramped-plenty of room to be comfortable. Our contact for this property was exceptional. They always, always, always responded promptly to any questions I had. Would recommend staying here if given the chance!

The place was clean and spacious. The view was fantastic. The beach was lovely. We has a nice time and would gladly return. I do, however, recommend avoiding the Blu Convenience Store and Deli. Trust me. Don’t go there.
