Ehhh- mediocre at best.

The place needs updating badly. The chairs were about to fall apart around the dining table…the ones on the balcony were busted beyond repair. The tv did not work in the living room and the screen on the sliding glass door was shredded. You could definitely tell it was corporate owned and not a family owned condo. We made the best of the week we had- the location is top notch! We wouldn’t rent here again but would definitely stay somewhere close by!

Great place, needed some TLC

Wonderful locale, beautiful and met needs; however, the battery for front door lock hardly worked and my husband had to fix the kitchen sink upon arrival as it wouldn’t drain and had stagnant sink water sitting in it. Now, upon stating that, property manager was responsive and we had a BLAST. The location and place is beautiful and we will be back.

Needs new management

The condo was clean and it’s in a great location, but it needs new management. Only 1 out of 4 outlets in the kitchen worked. The garbage disposal and dishwasher didn’t work. In the description of the condo and the email they sent me the day before stated 2 free parking places. When we got there there was only1. I contacted Vacasa through the 800# very nice people and they confirmed there should be 2, but the local management refused to give me one. I feel like it’s because of the local management that there’s so much wrong with the condo.

Fantastic location but needs cleaning!

The location was right on the beach but the condo needed some serious cleaning! There was mold in the vents, in the coffee pot & kitchen faucet. The carpet was too dirty to walk barefoot on, but the linen was clean & the price was good comparatively. Vacasa requested pictures which we provided.

After reading negative reviews I was anxious about this rental but we were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean, we were able to walk to multiple restaurants and the balcony was great We rarely had a wait for the elevators and parking was convenient

Nice location good view of the gulf and sundown. Nice beach. Very windy during our visit. When the front door was opened the bi-fold doors to the laundry closet on your left would fly open in you face. No handle or door knob to keep door closed. Carpet stained and dirty. Previous review stated same and response was it had been cleaned?? Unit needs a good cleaning, air vents filthy. Change cleaning company?? Screen torn out of screen door to patio. Patio railing filthy. No table on patio to eat outside. Five plastic chairs, one broken, three patio chairs. Glass shower doors in both bath rooms were hard to operate (safety concerns). Guest bath, no towel bar on shower door, no toilet roll bar (supports there no bar). Need grab bars in both showers for elderly guests. Guest shower drains slow. Refrigerator door very close to the floor (watch your toes, got mine). No ice maker, two ice cube trays. Light under micro wave out. Kitchen ware, only water glasses (no wine or cocktail). Every thing needs up dating.Kitchen needs better lighting. Better lighting needed throughout unit. Master bed room, bed frame has missing pieces. Over stuffed dining room and counter, furniture hard to get around. Coffee table extremely heavy, hard to move to use the sofa bed. Rate this unit "C" only for the location.

Nice place overall, but needs some TLC

Great view from balcony, lovely beach overall. Very nice pool area as well. Now the bad.... Carpeting in the place is long overdue for a cleaning. After a couple days, we noticed the bottoms of all of our feet were just black from walking on it. We checked other reviews upon our return home and other folks were complaining of this back in October at least. The Back bedroom is in need of a plumber as well. Toilet flushing succesfully on the first try was random. Also after taking showers it took a good 30-45 minutes for the water to go down the drain, and not exagerating! Kitchen sink also smelled like something was rotting down there. Would not take a lot of effort to get this place up to speed. Also trying to get in touch with the property manager was a challenge.

Was not too happy with the unit. The living room did not have a curtain over the sliding door. So friends were woken super early each morning with light beating on them. There were RAID roach traps all over the unit. The return vent for the HVAC had a red substance all over it and was filthy. The carpet was stained all in front of the return vent at the dining entrance. Baseboards were dusty in living room. As a Property Manager myself and doing this as a profession this unit needs some attention. I would not rent it out to any of my potential prospects. All in all it was a nice unit just needs some TLC.

Renter Beware

This unit was not as listed. The carpet was freshly shampooed and left very wet, my 13 month old grand daughter slipped on the tile and got a big bump on her head just 5 minutes into our trip. The outdoor furniture was 6 Adirondack chairs from Walmart not the nice patio set shown. So zero outdoor dining. The front bedroom only had the 2 decorative pillows with the shams. The bedding was dry clean only. How many heads slept on those nasty things? Comforter was dirty, no mattress pad, mattress was ancient and I literally had a spring in my back every night. Broken towel bar, no can opener, no dish cloth or dish towel no potholders, no baking sheet, 2 steak knives for a condo listed for 6 people. Half of the lightbulbs were blown. Large bed post in Master not attached and fell off. Stove burner was full of grease, left rear, smoked up the kitchen. The vertical blinds had missing slats and some were 2 feet shorter than the others, in the living room and master. I contacted Vacasa twice and got the standard "We'll forward your concerns to management". I've heard nothing. Sad when you have to go to the store to buy basic items the unit should be equipped with. Oceanvilla is a well kept quiet building and we will stay again. but I will not use Vacasa in the future this reflects badly on VRBO as well. Regards, M.

Great location, great stay, communication could be better

We had a great time. Place was clean. Good amenities. Nothing wrong with the place and the onsite staff (that doesn’t work for Vacasa) was helpful. The only disappointment was that we were only left one parking pass at check in and after several calls on hold for 20 mins with no answer and a couple days of trying, the local staff had to call and track down our second parking pass...with the risk of being towed while waiting for it. I would stay at this property again for sure, not sure I’d book through Vacasa.

Love the location is about all I can say about this property. I hope the owners put some money into this condo, too many things not working in the condo (refrigerator leaks water, carpet needs replaced, dish washer doesn't work properly, ...)
