The hotel was wonderful, check in staff great, view was amazing ( living room furniture could be cleaned) the room was clean house keeping was nice. Now the not so good the staff in the restaurant chose not to serve us on the first day for breakfast day two was the same she looked at me 6 times even after I put my hand up nothing but the people In front and on each side she made sure they had whatever they needed. We were the only black ppl in the restaurant. We did let the hostess know she to us next time sit somewhere else, I told her we would not come back there for breakfast any more. On our last night my daughter wanted to try another restaurant at the hotel called the Petie the gentleman and one of the hostess took the order then I’m assuming went to lunch after waiting 15 minutes to pay the check the person that came to get the card was so nasty and rude I asked if I could see her pen to write in a tip she snatched my card swiped it put it down on the table and walked away. No pen No tip. So would I stay again no if this is excepted from your staff why would I bring my money there. We check out and are now at the JW Marriott. And to the rest of the staff thank you for the enjoyable day. From the 2 black Americans

Our room was very run down several things were broken even the door latch to lock it at night had to shove my sandal under the door to make sure it was fully shut. Very old shower and we are from Panama and owners might want to re consider putting indigenous 10 year olds topless in the hotels rooms for the art very strange to stare at that the whole time in your room.

The check in was very hectic , the first room that they gave us was very dirty and smelled! Been there 3 nights and I never seen a house cleaner and my room was very untidy and neither of my sheets were changed , the breakfast options is limited and the seating part was also difficult to get a seat to eat , the hotel it self needs to be taken care of , the hotel it self was very dirty to me , I’m so upset that I did a hotel Hop, I should have stayed were I was originally it was way better than that dump.
