The hotel location is easy to find, the area is not ugly but people hanging or passing around is. I never had a security issue, but didn’t feel it was safe. The best part was the attending girl attitude, the check in process, the price, and the fact of space for me, rooms were spacious. The worst part was they didn’t provide clean towels, and when requested they gave me 3 of those you put your feet after shower; and the 2 other towels received, one was stained with something like blood. The room and the hotel in general was not clean. Too much dust and hair in the bathroom, rusty metal parts, and dirt everywhere. For me it was just a night and I think I got what I paid for, it is a cheap hotel but maybe I’ll not come back.

My trip was amazing, the staff went out of their way to make sure your stay is excellent, clean rooms, breakfast time is excellent for late sleepers. Overall excellent.

Jus spent 5 days at the hotel the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant and the area need some sun lounges up by the pool and need a bar and proper Wi-Fi in the rooms and need the television to be able to change to English and cater more for English speaking guest but overall it was ah nice stay and we will be back!.

Terrible customer services haricots sucias hediondas a orina todo hotel ascensor / el lobby no tienen sillas de descanso, durante la noche escuchamos gente el calle donde está el hotel pidiendo auxilio porque fueron robados frente al hotel es un are peligrosa hay muchas prostitutas la experiencia fue terrible from desk nos dieron mal servicio la habitación y baños m fueron una esquerocidad no recomiendo

No me quedé ningún momento ahí., solo ingresé a la habitación y se olía muy mal y no tenía ventilación y las cama están sucia , así que decidimos retirarnos

De kamer had geen ramen en rook naar schimmel. We hebben een andere kamer gevraagd en die zonder problemen gekregen. Deze kamer had wel een raam en de lucht was beter. De straat is redelijk druk dus je hebt oordopjes nodig om te slapen. Het hotel is oud en niet goed onderhouden. Er was geen warm water in de douche. Het personeel spreekt geen Engels maar zijn wel behulpzaam. Het zwembad op de rooftop zag er wel in orde uit. Er is enkel wifi in de lobby en niet in de kamers. Locatie dicht bij een metrostation. Ik zou er niet lang blijven, maar voor een snelle overnachting is het ok als je weinig belang hecht aan esthetiek.
