They are "pet friendly," but the website doesn't mention that they charge an extra $125 for two nights if you bring a tiny dog.

Love this Hotel
The hotel pool, breakfast, lobby bar are all excellent. Location is very good with security, uber, taxi all very good. Room service and room view was excellent. Really enjoy this hotel and will be back. OMG also the gym was excellent.

Our room view from room 2207 was spectacular the most beautiful view in Panama because you get a view of everything. The food was delicious and the wait for room service was not long compared to some hotel it was within 20min. We love the Hilton and will definitely be back. The only issue I had was with the elevators because nobody told us we need to switch elevators to get to certain areas of the hotel and we kept going up and down and couldn’t get out of the elevator. We had the best whiskey sour at the lobby bar. Nelio the bell guy was super super helpful he loved his job and is a good representative of the Hilton.

Seen stains that looked old on floor 22. My room smelled like mildew/toilet had a leak Very stingy with the towels. No free water. No refrigerator to keep our beverages cold. Water was not HOT enough when taking a shower…..giving the hotel 7 1/2 out of 10.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, se puede caminar tranquilo durante el día y hay varios restaurantes de buen nivel alrededor de la propiedad. La atención del personal es agradable con mucha disposición de atención al huésped. La habitación era de buen tamaño muy cómoda e interiormente impecable, pero aquí empiezan los peros… 1. A pesar de tener una hermosa vista a la ciudad y el mar, los ventanales de la habitación estaban sucios lo que desmerecía el hermoso paisaje. 2. Lo más decepcionante fue la piscina estaba verde, uno de los motivos de haber tomado el hotel fue poder usar el área de la piscina, mi ventana de la habitación daba al área y quizás no me hubiese percato del tema pero el edificio contiguo tenía una piscina notablemente limpia comparada con la del hotel. Al regresar en la tarde encontré una nota indicando que la misma estaría en mantenimiento por un día, al siguiente igual se notaba que el tema no estaba solucionado, nuevamente entró en mantenimiento y así nunca pude disfrutar del área y se notaba que necesitaban realizar un mantenimiento más profundo.
