DO NOT STAY HERE! From the outside the hotel looks nice but once you step into the room it is disgusting, as soon as we opened the front door there was so much moisture in the room that there was still writing in the mirror from what I am guessing was from the previous hotel guest so needless to say I'm pretty sure housekeeping did not wipe down the mirrors. My sister in law later that night went into our room to say that her toilet was overflowing she went down to see if maintenance would go out to fix it, they were not on site they told her they would be there in the morning but no one ever came to check they would go to our room to use the bathroom and her room smelled back from the toilet not working, she also said that they saw a cockroach crawling on the wall in the back of her bed and one in her bed while sleeping. We had our door open on its own at least twice. The hotel is in such I beautiful location to be this run down. We opt from using the elevator as well because of the fear of getting stuck on it. We would have gone else where if it was not Labor Day weekend and knowing the chances of everywhere being booked and being overcharged.

We did not like this hotel. It was very "shady" and I did not feel safe. Also rooms were so old and dirty. Elevator was unsafe and floor was all cracked. Also after leaving charged my account an extra 100.00 and when asked said their housekeeper smelled smoke in our room which is not true. We did not smoke in that room. My bank is disputing it as we speak. With 4 adults would only give two towels and pool has mold all over inside. I have pictures.

Was told we get our deposit back next day when we check out it’s been three days. Still haven’t got it back. I was told just now that it was 14 days that it could take to. We got a room that was a double room the air conditioning and one side of the room didn’t work. They gave us a fan, but we did say something and they gave us another room.

Overall, the entire facility is in very poor condition. It served my purpose as a place to sleep but it was very run down. I never got in the pool but from balcony I could see black running down the walls of it. Reminded me overall of when I was a poor college/high school student and this was all we could afford with no job.
