They were not friendly at all!! Washer and dryer didn't work!!' I'm disabled and they put me miles away from everything!! ! I gave $250 deposit and and when I checked out they wouldn't give me my deposit back!

I love the temperature of the bath water. no waiting, and in plenty of it, regardless of the time of day or the floor (room) you are in. TV in breakfast area had the remote readily available, which is a real plus and a variety of stations, however it appeared that upon turning the tv on it always came on at extremely loud volume (blaring)! It needs to be set where it cannot be at a high volume when it is first turned on. It was embarrassing especially since I had gone to the breakfast area to catch the morning news/weather to be sure the TV was not waking someone next door if they were lite sleepers. The lobby has music playing which is also okay however it does not need to be loud at 3:00 AM, in fact I don't see the need for music at 3:00 AM. Especially when the attendant is new and regardless of their effort cannot find the means to control the volume. These are things that could happen anywhere and is not any persons fault. However, there is a way they can be prevented in the future. The staff has always been warm , friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate all your request or needs. I do recommend the property for your stay and I am sure they will try to fix these flaws.

The room and restroom were clean, bed neatly made, vwry comfortable and it was a nice size room. We very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast area was good, we liked it.
