In general, it was ok. But I think the staff can be better. Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. Then I asked if I could use the pool until check in time and she said they will charge me (for using the pool less than 40 minutes). So I had to just sit in the front desk. When there were 20 minutes left to check in time, I tried with another lady and she help me out right away and I have my room almost inmediately. In the night, I wanted to order some room service and there was no menu on the room (they were suppossed to give me a QR Code on the front desk during check in, but they did not, so they have to bring me one). I ordered several food items including a lemonade and 30 minutes later they called me to tell me they have no lemons (how do you run out of lemons in a hotel). Anyway...the rest of the stay was good. But given the service, the price is too much versus the service you receive.
