Mar de Estrellas Stay
Overall, our stay was okay. It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity.

Las instalaciones son buenas, las tienen en muy buenas condiciones, en todo momento vimos personal de jardineria dando mantenimiento.es increíble las áreas verdes, sobre todo porque fuimos con una pequeña de 2 años, excelente limpieza en habitaciones, habitaciones cómodas. Albercas limpias y con calefacción. Malo: El barandal es peligros para niños, la mayoría de los camastros no servían, Estan frente a la playa PERO NO TIENES ACCESO A ELLA. Cuando fuimos estaban colocando una escalera de madera improvisada pero de ese lado del mar había mucha alga y era imposible meterse. Del otro lado tuvimos que cruzar unas piedras y pasar por un pasillo de la propiedad de alado para poder bajar al mar. El servicio del restaurante, aunque la comida no estaba del todo mal, el personal apático como sin ganas de atenderte. Si se te antojaba algo de comer o beber en el área de albercas Tú debes ir a pedirlo al restaurante porque no hay ninguna persona que te atienda en albercas. Es como si estubieras solo. Aunque fue 16 de septiembre el Restaurante no organizo absolutamente nada. Fue una fecha desapercibida.

El único problema es que ponen que la ubicación de al propiedad esta en Tecolutla y no es así, esta en Costa Esmeralda!! afortunadamente me gusto mas pero tuve que manejar mas tiempo porque nosotros llegamos a Tecolutla y no era ahí, en la pagina refiere que esta en otro lado, no se vale que engañen porque además esta mas bonito aunque mi destino era Tecolutla.

Buena opción para Costa Esmeralda
Buen Hotel con habitaciones comodas. No tiene playa propia por lo que hay acceder por la propiedad lateral. La playa es bonita y el mar estaba muy calmado y agua templada, como si fuera una alberca. Tiene servicio de restaurant y bien ubicado para ir a Tajin y Tecolutla

El lugar está bien para el precio, sin embargo la comida es pésima y el servicio aún peor. Puedes estar en la alberca por horas y ningún mesero se aparece. Pueden mejorar mucho la limpieza en alberca y jardines. De igual forma no cuentan con acceso seguro a la playa como lo muestran las fotos.

El personal no se mostró hospitalario. En el restaurante nos dejaron esperando por atender a otras personas que llegaron después. En la habitación no hay cortina ni cancel divisorio entre el w.c. y la regadera.

Cumple pero nada mas..desayuno a las 9am aun no habia…comer algo en la alberca solo si vas por tu cuenta por el personal…la playa no tiene nada en el sentido de una sombrilla, camastro, etc….para lo que ofrece no es barato.

Un ambiente tranquilo, las habitaciones son cómodas, cuentan con clima, televisión, cobijas, lo esencial; considero que les falta un poquito en los detalles de limpieza; por ejemplo las aspas del ventilador del techo estaban sucias; un poco de mantenimiento en el baño (la pintura) y que pusieran puerta o cancel en la regadera ayudaría a no regar el agua; la vista es maravillosa y el personal muy amable; ideal para una escapada; muy recomendable.

Fue una excelente elección!! Y lo ideal es que reserve una noche antes del viaje y sin complicaciones!! Llegué con mi familia y todo muy bien, la comida en el restaurante muy buena, la alberca muy limpia y muy bien ubicada! La playa atrás del hotel y pudimos ir y venir cuántas veces quisimos!! A mis hijos les encantó!
