A piscina estava vazia, estava em conserto, deveria ter avisado, as toalhas não foram trocadas, o ar condicionado da suite achei fraco pelo tamanho não gelava o mesmo. deveriam informar que fica a tantos km de distancia do centro de Paraty. quanto ao atendimento nota 10 muito atenciosos.
