We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Abbatial for nearly two weeks during the Paris Olympics, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. I needed to make changes to our reservation multiple times, and Karim and Veronique at the front desk were incredibly accommodating. They were always friendly, helpful, and in great spirits, making each interaction a pleasure as we came and went from the hotel daily. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the service was impeccable. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It was our first time staying in the Saint-Germain neighborhood, and we’ve already decided we’ll never stay anywhere else. The location is unbeatable — a small supermarket across the street, a bicycle rental shop just a block away, and Notre-Dame just down the road. One of our favorite spots, the charming Île Saint-Louis, was a short walk away. If you’re feeling adventurous, Le Marais and the Louvre are just across the river. While the other side of the Seine is beautiful, we found it far too busy for our taste, especially when trying to enjoy a bike ride, which was our preferred way to explore Paris. Saint-Germain, however, had the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal base for our trip.

Small but mighty!
I love this small but mighty hotel. The staff is fantastic. The rooms small but clean and with a mini fridge, tv, great fluffy towels, bed, desk and chair. What more do you need? It’s Paris! Spend time outside and return for a restful night before beginning to enjoy Paris again the next day!

The staff here are fantastic and the best part of my stay. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The bed and bedding are also nice - I slept great. The area is wonderful - there are tons of restaurants, shopping, public transportation all around, and a pharmacy a couple doors down. I walked most of the time. I will definitely recommend this to friends and consider staying here again!

This is a wonderful property and hotel. We usually stay in the Latin Quarter at another property, but found this place absolutely charming. The staff were engaging and helpful. They truly made our stay. The site is lovely and close to all attractions. We had a beautiful room that overlooked the church across the street. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the atmosphere, location, and staff. We will gladly book here again.

The staff is wonderful at Abbatial St Germain. They were kind, and attentive. We are in Paris at least once a year and will definitely stay here again. The location is near the Latin Quarter and all the restaurants. It is close to the river and Notre Dame. I rate my experience on whether I would return to this hotel. Without a doubt I recommend this site and will return.

Love this hotel!! They were the kindest & great professional employees. There’s a laundromat nearby or they can wash your clothes per article, transportation nearby (metro or bus), & they are always willing to help. Most of the restaurants nearby will stop serving food after a certain time at night but will still serve drinks. The small button on the toilet is small jobs & big button is for big jobs. Great cleaning & making bed crew. Love the stairs because it’s got great flooring and steps.
