Chère Madame,Nous vous remercions pour ce retour.Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour chez nous ne vous ait pas donné entièrement satisfaction. Pouvez-vous nous contacter afin de nous communiquer en quelle mesure la chambre était bruyante ? En effet, nous avons changé toutes nos fenêtres il y a à peine deux ans et avons installé ce qui se fait de mieux en matière d'isolation phonique, c'est pourquoi nous sommes quelque peu surpris par cette remarque.Concernant le quartier, la proximité des gares fait que le quartier est fréquenté par de nombreuses personnes très différentes mais je peux vous assurer qu'aucun de nos clients n'a jamais eu de problème ici. Par ailleurs, notre position centrale permet de se rendre très rapidement dans n’importe quel coin de Paris.Nous espérons que vous nous donnerez une deuxième chance pour ainsi nous permettre de vous offrir une meilleure expérience.Cordialement
