1) I arrived late, during a heatwave - the air-conditioning doesn't work 2) Ring reception - no one answers 3) Taken the only lift not broken (very slow) to reception 4) The receptionist tells me that the air-conditioning will now be activated centrally - and will work 5) Go back up to room - doesn't work 6) Ring reception again - no one answers 7) Return to reception in slow lift - they send someone up with me 'to fix it' 8) The person who comes up says the air-conditioning doesn't work and that there are no other rooms in the hotel. And no manager - it now being midnight. 9) I sweat rather than sleep all night with the window open - with window open and noisy mainline trains just below the window. 10) At 8am the neighbour bedroom makes a constant drilling noise - probably because of faulty air-conditioning ? 11) At 9 am , the chambermaid walks straight into the room without knocking. 12) I check out - the receptionist has no idea of how to get to nearby Orly airport by public transport. In conclusion, this hotel is pathetic and should be avoided !

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen sowohl mit dem Auto als auch per ÖV gut erreichbar.
