Terrible family trip

Having driven five hours in busy traffic and arrived to the hotel, thanks to the updated navigator, we had to park in the street and await mercy of a hotel resident to allow us through the security-locked front door. Until then, we could not enter the car park which was also code-locked. The receptionist denied a confirmed prepayment and charged again as a 2nd prepayment. The car park code she provided was wrong and we had to go back to the desk to have the correct code. Finally: at the room: fully equipped kitchenette, but not bothered leaving any tea or coffee, let alone a small gratuity bottle of water. Calling the reception: all shops are closed. You have to order coffee through room service. If you're looking for an expensive hotel close to ring road in Paris, with poor customer service and a cumbersome experience, this is your choice!!
