Modern apartment in the heart of old Paris. In a 17th century building two houses from that of Molière, on the second floor without elevator. It consists of two rooms separated by a screen and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the bedroom, the 140 cm bed is completed with a sofa of the brand Steiner comfortable and easy to open in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. It contains all the equipment needed to set the table. In addition, a grocery store is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is a hair dryer, of course. The toilet is separated. The location is magical: 200 meters from the Louvre Museum and 100 meters from the Jardin du Palais Royal ... Everything is accessible!

Lovely stay near Palais Royal
I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's apartment near the Palais-Royal. The apartment is ideally located near the Louvre, the Palais-Royal, and the Metro line 1. In the evening, I also enjoyed exploring the many excellent Japanese and Korean restaurants on and near the rue Saint-Anne. Victoria's apartment is beautiful and had everything I needed. There were fresh towels, bedlinen, extra blankets, toiletries, tea and coffee pods for the espresso machine. It snowed during my stay and all radiators worked well and kept me warm. I really enjoyed the tasteful decoration and large bookshelf full of intriguing titles. It was easy to feel at home and the apartment was a lovely place to return to after a day of working or walking in the city. Victoria was also a very kind host, who waited patiently for me to arrive from the airport after a delayed flight, and stayed in touch with me via text in case I had any questions during my stay. This is the ideal place if you are wishing to be near the Louvre, and to enjoy all that the parks and restaurants in this area have to offer. It is also perfect for spending a night inside and enjoying a glass of wine and reading on the sofa. Warmly recommended -- thank you so much again for a great stay!

Adorable apartment in a terrific location
We thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you could want. Short walk to the Tulerries and the Louvre plus transit stations - subway and bus. There are several restaurants right on her street and a small market across the street. With that proximity, people are out at night so bring earplugs. We slept great - the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a modern shower.

Compact, beautifully appointed
Victoria was delightful. Her apartment was so clean, and had many little touches that made our stay very comfortable. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the apartment, she responded immediately and kindly. The space was perfect for two people. When my sister and her friend came, the foldout couch was comfortable and easy to manage, even if we were a bit cramped. The shower was the nicest I have come across in many VRBO experiences. All in all, this was a 5 star experience.

This IS Paris!
Centrally located to everything you want to see! Took us about a 45 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is beautiful at night! Our host Victoria meet us there and made sure we knew where everything was and answered any questions we might have had. Beds were super comfortable even the couch bed we extremely comfortable, and I have serious back issues, which always is a concern of mine when staying at rental properties. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Five Star Fantastic
We spent the month of April in this perfect little flat. It had everything we needed for a long stay. The location, behind Palais Royal, was ideal. Beautiful gardens in bloom, birds singing, little to no street noise, easy access to the Metro and bus stops, shops, L'Opera, and Galeries Lafayette. There are many cafés, patisseries and boulangeries to choose from. The Café Richelieu directly across the street from the apartment was great. We ate most of our dinners there and had fun. The apartment was delightful and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was Impeccably clean, charmingly decorated, warm on the cooler days, and cool on the warmer days. It has a nice bath and WC with a handy little washing machine. We loved everything about our stay. The VERY BEST thing about our visit was the apartment's owner Victoria. She was so helpful and sweet and knowledgeable about everything. We wanted to adopt her! Perfection!

Beautiful and Welcoming
The best apartment stay we have had with VRBO or any other. The apartment is lovely and the hostess Veronica is most welcoming - it felt more like staying in a beautiful and comfortable home than in a rental apartment. The location is great - 3 blocks from a Metro stop, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants; 3 blocks to a good grocery store (Monoprix). Comfortable bed, good shower and water pressure, equipped kitchen, tv, storage, and lovely paintings. Would look forward to staying here again!

Victoria is absolutely amazing! She and her rental apartment exceeded our greatest expectations. The apartment is as exactly as described. It is small and located in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. There is a grocery store across the street and countless restaurants and other sites within walking distance. It is impossible to express how impressed I was with Victoria. She went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect. Simply an amazing lady.

Fabulous location and great host
This trip was our 11 year old daughter’s first trip to Paris. Location was perfect — if you walk out the front door, you can see the Louvre just blocks away! Victoria is a splendid host — warm, attentive, and happy to provide local recommendations. She even helped us book a flat rate taxi to the airport at the end of our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paris Spot
Our family could not have been happier with our experience at Victoria’s place. She was a wonderful host — explaining everything thoroughly and checking in throughout our stay. The apartment is even better than the pictures show. It’s tiny, but our family of four (kids are 8 and 12) was totally fine in the space. Walking distance to everything — metro, restaurants, grocery, Louvre, etc. Even in the heat of summer, the windows and fans kept the place cool. We would definitely stay there again!

Anniversary celebration in Paris
Victoria is a wonderful host and very helpful. She greeted us with flowers for our anniversary. She also assisted us in getting access to the apartment a bit early since we arrived on a overnight flight. I can't say enough positive things about Victoria. The apartment is located in a great area. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are all very close. Be ready to carry your heavy luggage up several flights of stairs. It can be a bit noisy at night from the bars and restaurants close by. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment. The location and Victoria are wonderful.

We stayed at Victoria’s property 6 nights. I paid her 40 euros for extra cleaning she said she did. The floor in the kitchen was dirty. I spilled some water and when cleaned it with a paper towel it was black. It was extremely hot so we bought a big white fan from the Monoprix. She had a flimsy old fan that didn’t help. The day after we arrived we found on the sofa( where my kids slept age 8 &10 ) a bedbug. I squashed it. It was full of blood. We called her immediately on what’s up and wrote on the messaging VRBO. She seemed horrified. We had a whole day trip to Versailles that day and came back around 5 pm. She said she will contact a pest company to spray. I assume she sprayed because our stuffed was moved when we came back. The worst thing was that she didn’t want to talk to us on the phone pretending her English wasn’t good. I had a French guide we spent all day in Versaille to talk to her in French. She wasn’t willing to help or talk to her either French or English. She kept saying we brought one bedbug when flying and she got the guy to spray it. It was unbelievable to deal with her. The stuff she was saying didnt make any sense. All in all a horrible experience. Good about the condo: central, separate room( to sleep (without a door) Cons: Bedbugs, Dealing with Victoria about the situation, 3rd floor condo without elevator, People yelling all night at the bars downstairs, throwing bottles had to close windows because garbage smell when picke up@ morning

Great location in Paris.
We love visiting Paris and this trip we were able to make reservations for this apartment. It is walking distance to everything! The apartment was very clean and Victoria is a gratuitous host, making the check-in process very easy, and accessible via WhatsApp for any questions that come up. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for us.

Exactly as advertised
The convenience of this location was perfect. We were able to walk to main attractions, food, laundry and the metro with ease. Having a grocery across the street was perfect and helped us save some money. Victoria was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions. The only (minimal) downside was the noise of the construction in the alley behind us. It started fairly early in the morning but I assume it is temporary. Highly recommend this property.

Disappointing and dishonest
Four days prior to departure my partners passport had still not arrived that her new passport has not arrive. We also not heard anything regarding check in from the host. We immediately tried to call the phone number provided and were unable to even leave a voice message. We also attempted to message through vrbo website. VRBO Was contacted and they attempted to contact the host. We did not hear anything from the host so contacted Vrbo again and they sent another message. 24 hours later, she finally responded stating she had been too busy withher work.We asked if there was anyway possible that we could rebook for the property anytime in the next year and initially the host was responsive to this idea, but then changed her mind stating the property was not available for the entire year! She then repeatedly asked us to cancel the reservation. She advised VRBO would refund partially the amount we had paid. As a VRBO host, we know this is not true. She would have to request refund herself which we repeatedly advised but she was uninyerested in doing .Traveling Internationally is frustrating and difficult under the best of circumstances and we realize the passport issue was not her fault, but it seems that some type of accommodation could’ve been made and the fact that we were unable to reach her for over 24 hours so close to our arrival time was very disconcerting.I decided not to travel by myself since at that point, I was uncertain if the property even existed.Beware.
