Hotel's inside condition is good. The lack of hot water or kettle in the room is not desirable especially in winter. There is only one microwave and vending machine to sell drinks at good prices. The hotel location feels like in a rundown area but a few minutes walk to the metro make it an ok place .

No carpet! Staff first said the that rooms are pre-selected and they are not able to change but when we came back to day they have given us a twin room and not a double room they were able to change the room! How? They needed to be more clarity on the types of rooms as there some rooms with no windows and some with a balcony and this needs to be clear on eBookers. The room was very clean in general from sheets to toilets and bathrooms. Very good breakfast in the morning. I liked the fact that I had options even though I dont eat pork.

Not in an obvious location, had no English channels at all which obviously understood but there was also not even an option for English subtitles. When booking the room it said there would be three single beds showing a picture of them all in a row but had a room with a high bed. Room didn't get cleaned when we put the sign on the door saying it was ok to but cleaner came in and took a few towels not all and didn't replace them.

Sehr nettes und hilfbereites Personal.. Ein wenig ausserhalb aber mit sehr guten Verbindungen .. Köstliches Morgenbuffet!! Leider ist sonst nicht so viel in dieser Strasse :(

Bon accueil sauf le premier jour. Apres le personnel au top les chambre, ça ou un ibis c'est pareil par contre la literie est top on y dort bien. Isolation pas top mais ce n'était pas hyper bruyant donc ca va. La porte de la douche est restée dans mes mains, elle etait cassée.
