Fantastic trip to Paris

When booking hotels you can never be sure if the location is going to be right. In this instance it was spot on. Just 15 mins walk to Eifel tomorrow, close to Metro lines and surround by an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were brilliant, they really helped to make out trip a pleasant experience. The bar is a little small and covered by reception, would prefer a proper bar as the photo made it look like a separate bar area rather than part of reception. Loved the balcony within the room, and size was perfect for two.

Centrally locate, pleasant hotel

Very pleasant staff greeted us, made a lot of effort to answer our many questions. It's in a nice part of Paris, short walk from Plassy (5 mins) and Trocadero (10 mins) Metro . Very comfortable bed, modern feel, we would return. Lots of local shops right on the doorstep.

Hieman pettynyt

En tiedä missä olivat aikaisemmat asiakkaat yönsä viettäneet jotka kehuivat näitä classic-huoneita jokseenkin isoiksi koska ainakin meidän huone oli niin pieni ettei siellä ollut oikeastaan muuta kuin sänky ja pieni kylpyhuone, Ei siellä mahtunut edes 2 ihmistä ohittamaan toisiaan ja sama teema jatkuu hotellin käytävillä , hississä ja muissakin yleisissä tiloissa. Hotellin henkilokunta puhuu loistavaa englantia ja on muutenkin hyvin avuliasta. Hotellin sijainti erittäin hyvä kunhan ensin opettelee käyttämään julkisia kulkuneuvoja.

Für ein 4 Stern Hotel war es schlicht zu schwach. Als wir ankamen war zum Beispiel in der Toilette noch die Spuren der Vorbenutzer zu finden. Die Goldverzierleisten wurden seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gewischt, so dass man diverse Fingerabdrücke sehen konnte. Der Safe war nicht verwendbar. Die Minibar musste ausgesteckt werden, da das Stromkabel einen enormen surren verursachte. Auch geputzt wurde nicht sauber als wir dort waren. Da wir das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen benötigten ging es, aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel definitiv zu schwach.
