This hotel was absolutely fabulous and would highly recommend it to families. Having the 2 bedrooms was wonderful and all the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Great customer service, the hotel staff are helpful and friendly. We stayed in hotel B55 for 7 days, room was spacious, has the mini fridge and wine fridge. I loved that our room was cleaned daily, and stacked up with fresh towels everyday.

This place was above and beyond my expectations. Bernard the front desk night staff was amazing. He called us a cab and helped us with everything while we were there. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. The rooms were very nice. Very clean. The bathrooms were excellent and modern. The showers were huge for Europe and very nice. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again.

Nice, friendly staff. We dropped our bags at the hotel before check in so we could start site seeing. Our bags were delivered to the room when we returned for the evening. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Nice hotel and wonderful staff.

The receptionist Jamie black African guy doesn’t know how to treat hotel clients because if I have a package arrive at the front desk every hotel have power to deliver it to your room when you asked for that he hang up the phone on you and doesn’t respond or say he won’t or won’t allow the delivery to come to your room and have to come downstairs for it .even if you tell him ain’t feeling well and have bad cold can’t move he won’t even respond .I never enjoyed my stay this time

Most of the staff was mediocre at best. The area was was mostly apartment buildings, every thing closed early. The 21 bus, which was the closest at Glacier Tolbiac stopped running early many nights. The closest Metro was #6 at Glacier, several blocks away. it was shut down some nights at 10pm.

Staff was friendly when they were available, breakfast was amazing and the wine machine was intriguing!! All common areas were beautiful and up to date. The pillows were not that great. Overall, great stay!
