Je m'attendais à une chambre beaucoup plus grande. Je l'ai trouvée petite. Le coin douche mérite un raffraichissement. Le personnel n'est pas assez professionnel ce qui est attendu dans un 4 étoiles. We stayed at this property for 3 nights, 4 days. They only changed the towels - never cleaned the bathrooms. When I called the front desk to see why the rooms weren't being cleaned, we were told they were supposed to be cleaned daily but had no explanation for why it wasn't getting done. I guess they have no one to watch over their housekeeping. Trash wasn't even removed. Front staff member Ana was rude & unhelpful. Upon check in, we had not been informed that the price of breakfast would practically double if we didn't reserve it by at least the night before. When we asked why, Ana said, this is simply how it is. I've never stayed at a hotel where the price goes up so much for a breakfast. This is a 4 star hotel for Europe I guess. But for Americans, it's really a 2 star. I'd actually say 1 star because of how horrible the housekeeping was.

Horrible customer service
Was expecting a 4 star stay however our experience was that of 2 star hotel. Two nights in a room we had to speak with receptionist about our sheets being dirty (blood stains, yellow stains, etc. and we have photos for proof as well as the night shift receptionist). We attempted for 3 days to get this resolved but no manager ever contacted us even after the night shift receptionist attempted to have them speak with us. No call no email no apologies and no attempt to rectify the situation. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
