Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words regarding the staff and the hotel location. We are sorry and we apologize for the inconvenience regarding the bathroom. We are pleased to inform you that next month our new hotel owners will start a refurbishment. We are proposing 3 different room categories classic, deluxe and executive. Hotel Lancaster offers its guests a full-service spa. Along with a restaurant, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge.
