The spa facilities were of high standard, except sometimes the sauna did not work properly. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay. Our room was nice, cleaned daily and the bathroom was excellent. Staff were friendly, willing to help and spoke English well. Only issue was that they were not expecting us and seemed misinformed regarding the length of our stay, but this was soon corrected. There are limited dining opportunities, but there were supermarkets and bakeries. The metro is accessible from the hotel and made going into the centre of Paris very easy.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. Modern rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and definitely a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast was also surprisingly good give the price. Also very convenient location and easy to get to central Paris and where we needed. Only minor feedback point is that the bathrooms were rather strangley designed and water seemed to leak out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. That did not spoil the stay at all however

Would recommend!
Our stay was fantastic! As a nervous traveller they made me feel so welcome and at home. There was absolutely no language barrier at all! The staff were easily switching from language to language without a second thought!

This was our first time in Paris for the Olympics. We stayed in Clichy area and the hotel, staff and environment was very inviting. They wanted to ensure your safety and comfort. Be mindful of the size of room you select but the staff made it were we will be DEFINITELY staying again!!!! Merci!!!!

A great hotel in a nice location. All the staff were helpful and friendly The room was a good size and very clean with everything we needed. The pool and spa were a nice feature to have access to., although the pool was smaller than expected.

Overpriced for a 1 star hotel! The hotel receptionist, Sami, was very rude during the check in as he was asking us why we don’t speak French if we are coming to France. We shouldn’t need to explain ourselves to anyone especially since we paid $300 a night for a terrible hotel in a horrible location! The hotel room was old and moldy. Also, it is very overpriced and the location is far away from the metro stations that take you to prime locations. Never again!

It was a great stay at Europe Residence and Spa. The staff is extremely friendly and very very helpful. I only wished the AC in the hotel was working whilst we were there which they did tell us at check-in that the Hotel was having AC problems which is fine but I’d then expect a reduced price for the rooms.

Excellent Spa hotel. The property was very clean, comfortable bed, power shower with regular hot water! Great facilities including, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna etc. Great breakfast! Property is very close to all forms of transportation; buses, metro, taxis etc. Polite, kind, and supportive staff who are always on hand to help with anything. They even helped us with translation at some point (which is going over and above their duties). Special thanks to Mr Pedros and Mr Gullherme for their exceptional customer services.

Ok stay. The bed was comfortable. The carpet in the room was dirty and needs an update and the washroom was tiny, even for Paris. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Poor service
Not so good experience during my stay. Reason been that, we had no orientation to the place and how to use facilities. Breakfast was poor no option to choice from and tasteless. We had to eat cos we paid for. No iron in the room or fridge to cool drinks and food. Shower was broken and when reported it took the following day to be fixed so we had to use paper cups provided to fetch water from the tap for a shower. Not a good 4 nights stay.
