Read a ton of reviews prior to booking. Was unsure based on a few reviews mentioning that the property was old and that the local subway train was noisy, etc. We LOVED the hotel. Small...only 4 floors. Not a ton of people and waiting for elevators, etc. Rooms are small so I did book a junior suite because we are not lite travelers and needed space for our luggage, etc. We loved the space, the service, staff, etc. We did breakfast there every day because it was easy, but a ton of choices right outside the hotel. Breakfast not bad at all, just no variety. Starbuck next door and an awesome bakery next to the Starbucks...and a McDonalds a few steps away. At least 6 GREAT restaurants in walking distance. We ate dinner at 4 the 6...all were good. Location great...Most major attractions were about a 10-minute taxi/uber ride...30 to 35 minutes to Montmartre. Usually, 4 to 6 taxis sitting outside if needed. And if you are a fan of public transportation, it's awesome...you have the subway and city bus steps away. We were able to hear the train, but did not keep us from sleeping or anything. lots of small boutiques in walking distance...several convenience stores/supermarkets where we could snacks and drinks. Hotel gave us water everyday as well. All in all we loved the area and the hotel.

From the minute we arrived, the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Location was convenient for getting around; small supermarket is right across the street. Breakfast was exactly what we were looking for, and having hot beverages available all day was a nice treat when we came back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing on cold days. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay here! Great location, great service.. Very clean.. The room could have been bigger, but it was enough for 2 people. Quiet area with lots of restaurants around it..5 min walk to see the Eiffel Tower (still have to walk around 15 mins to BE at the tower). Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!!

great location, near the subway station. friendly staff helping us check in. lots of dining options around the hotel. The only drawback is it is close to the overground station so the room will rattle as the train passes by.

The room was modernized and cozy. Helpful staff. The location was very convenient and walkable. I didn't like that the toilet was in one area and you had to walk across the room to wash your hands. The space was very small.

Excellent hotel. It is located near most tourist attractions in the Paris. If walking to the attractions is to long you can always take the subway, which the station ‘La Motte Picquet Grenelle’ is located right beside the hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have excellent knowledge too about the city, in case you need advise. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious.

Felt very over priced - small bedroom, tiny bathroom and walls so thin we could hear people brushing their teeth next door. Location fine although above the metro which we felt/heard all through the night. Breakfast minimal and again, we’d have got much better value from a cafe outside.

We had a great stay on this hotel. Its location is very convenient to almost everything, transportation, shops and dinings especially. There were lots of restaurants to choose from. The only issue that I had was before our stay, I sent multiple messages/inquiries and I did not received a prompt response, maybe one. Since we were coming from another country, I was anticipating the things that we need to do ahead of time. Overall it was a great stay. but they need to communicate well with their clients.
