Great value and brilliant location
Great location with loads of bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to 3 metro lines, lovely lake with nice walks behind the hotel.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and tidy although a bit of maintenance in room could be better. I.e shower door hanging off mount although still functional. The surrounding area is quite quiet with various types of places to eat although only one or two that stood out from the crowd. Not much for the tourist to see in this area but cost effective area to stay with good metro/rail options available to get around the city quickly. Would use again.

Convenient for metro transport, the room was basic but clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. We didn’t like the lack of privacy of the shower/ toilet facilities, and the street noise was an issue. However, it was very reasonably priced for a Paris hotel.

Overall is okay
The hotel is near by metro station. There is a supermarket next. Overall is okay but there is very noisy around even at midnight. And you need to borrow the hair dryer for only one hour every time.

Okay stay
It’s was an OKAY stay.. breakfast selection not the best, boiled eggs only very cold as well. Other options were quite weak. Wouldn’t recommend opting for breakfast unless of course it’s really cheap. It’s close to metro which was a bonus and behind the hotel is a lovely French river/ lake which was beautiful. It’s in a good location. No parking

Location was good. A five minute walk to the nearest Metro (Lumieare), and only 3 stops from Gare Du Nord train station. Room and hotel facilities can do better - there were no tea/coffee making facility in the room or the reception, had to go to a cafe to get the morning coffee

Booked this hotel due to low price and proximity to metro. It’s a typical no frills budget hotel which served us well for the 3 nights we spent here. Would happily stay here again at that price.

Good value. But a basic budget room. Not up to the full Ibis standards. WiFi reliable. No safe in the room. No room card required for elevator so anyone can walk around which is a safety issue. The room doors need to be adjusted so they don’t slam shut and wake you up. My neighbours were constantly coming and going and slam, slam, slam. Grocery store next door. Overall: functional and utilitarian hotel with no ambience. Bare pass

A simple but good stay
Basic but have everything that we needed for a simple stay. Fire alarm on night at 2.40am (not so great!). Towels small. Shower directly into the room. But it was great for transport links and had everything my 10 year old and I needed. Someone came and fixed our tv when it wasn't working.
