AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Pros: Free parking
Cons: Absolutely everything.
Location: Quite some way from the city centre. Nothing to do nearby.
I booked a 2 night stay in August 2018 through ebookers which was all paid for until I got to the hotel where the member of staff tried to make me pay for the whole booking. I knew that I already paid ebookers however he tried to say that I only made a reservation and that it needed to be paid now. After sometime looking through his systems and after showing our bank statement he then said he was looking at the wrong page. I got the impression that he was trying to make me pay again. We got to the room on the 2nd floor room 227 and it was absolutely filthy. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. However stayed in Ibis Budget hotels before in the UK where rooms are clean this was the complete opposite. The floor, walls and ceiling was stained with blood splattered from dead mosquitos. I was lucky that we took our electrical mosquito swatter which we used to get rid of at least 10 mosquitos. They did not bother to clean the room, the floor behind the bed was in need of a vacuum. The room was extremely hot and had no AC or fan and we couldn't open the window to ensure we do not add to the mosquito infestation. This hotel is extremely terrible and I would advise to avoid at all costs. It was so bad we did not return to stay on our 2nd night!!! The only positive was the free parking.

Agreable

Hotel avec petit parking gratuit. Nous n avons passe qu une nuit apres un sejour a disneyland.salle de bain un peu vieillot avec lavabo dans la chambre.

Personnel à notre disposition et très aimable

Pros: La proximité de la restauration sans avoir à reprendre la voiture et avec une majoration de 20% sur la carte
Cons: La possibilité de réserver sur le site une chambre PMR
Dommage qu'il fasse un utiliser un N° surtaxé pour vous joindre ou pour les joindre au téléphone Quand recevrais-je la facture ?
