I stayed here three nights as I had a late night arrival then a morning departure. While going into Paris required a 45 minute train ride, I felt that was offset by the convenience. The train into the city is nearby and easy. Breakfast was very good with the exception of stone cold omelets. There was a marks and Spenser food emporium near door which was great. I would definitely stay again for CDG transit. Clean, quiet, efficient, and cheaper than a downtown hotel. I just wish the hotel had more onsite amenities for exercise and leisure.

Location Ok, comfort sub-standard.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was uncomfortably hot, which for November is a bit unusual. The floor was disgustingly dirty and the bathroom smelt like raw sewage. The shower was hanging off the wall to the point I couldn’t move the shower head up or it fell off due to the weight, when telling Reception about it they just asked for the room number and said ok.. no apology or anything. It was also extremely noisy and walls were paper thin. Check in was unnecessarily long as they had 3 desks with staff all free and were only serving most customers from 1 of them. Wouldn’t recommend for a family.

The place jas a lot of “wear and tear”. Our door lock was broken and the door would not open with the key and had to go back down to front desk twice to get someone to finally come up and help to open the door. Very frustrating after a long day of travelling. The door looked like it had been broken into, not too reassuring. France must have a sewer problem because the room had a strong smell of sewage. We had to cover the whole of the shower and sink to block the smell (which didn’t really block it off), keep the toilet cover closed and keep bathroom door closed. The bathroom looks like a plastic space capsule, very small and shower head would not stay in place, I had to hold it to have the water aim towards me. One of the elevators was not working and we were stuck in it, very frustrating also. We liked the restaurant downstairs for dinner, had good pizza. Convenient near the train station to get back from the rental car drop off at the airport. But we will stay there again. Too many problems with amenities. You need and want things to work when you travel, do not need frustration with problems at a hotel.

The staff wasn’t the most friendly but they were okay. The bathroom was very small and our shower head was broken. The rooms were just okay. It was a good location to the airport and shuttle but everything about the hotel room was just average. The lobby was the nicest room of the hotel
