We fell in love with the place because of a staff member Petru. We came in from USA from long flight and uncharged phones and he was so accommodating and helpful. He made us feel right at home as he made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Petru.

All staff members were welcoming, approachable, and helpful. There were several who went above and beyond during an unexpected medical situation to coordinate care with medical providers and pharmacies to get me the care that I needed, for which my family and I are thankful. The location was safe, convenient, and fantastic to shop. My two children enjoyed exploring the neighborhood's bakeries, chocolate shop, and quaint little markets. A few condition issues with a leaky bathroom sink and water leaking under the barrier door of the shower, but the air conditioning and kitchenette worked beautifully. I would definitely stay again. Wonderful place for families!

Excellent location
Great location 100m from Metro and one block to lively bar and restaurant area. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and generally in good condition. There were 3 of us so we had the sofa down as a bed - bad for sitting socially, but good for privacy when sleeping. Air con seemed to struggle in Paris heat, but there were also fans to help. Pretty good overall.

The location of the hotel is great, the staff is friendly; however, we had an unfortunate incident. We stayed without hot water for almost two days and without AC for one day. The hotel should avoid this type of incidents or be prepared to solve them faster.

A fantastic option of hotel in Paris if you don’t really care for the Uber luxury entrance and all you want is a good location, some good space in the room, a very good bed. Excellent price vs quality value. The room also features a small kitchen ideal for small children or long stays. Super friendly staff and fantastic location: I will come back no doubt!
