Kuten minkä tahansa metropolin kohdalla, Pariisi on kaupunki, joka koostuu kaupunginosista, joita kutsutaan "neljänneksiksi". Heillä jokaisella on charmi ja persoonallisuus. Matignon Terrace sijaitsee arvostetussa kahdeksannessa Arrondissementissa, pääkaupungin sydämessä. Naapurimaissamme on kuuluisa eleganssista, ylellisyydestä ja turvallisuudesta. Se sisältää rajojensa sisällä Elysées-palatsin, joka on maan presidentin koti (kahden korttelin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta). Se on lyhyen kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Avenue Montaignesta tai Champs Elysées -kadulta, jota monet pitävät maailman kauneimpana kaduna.

Faubourg Terrace Modern -sisustussuunnittelija on suunnitellut Christian Biecher, yksi Ranskan johtavista arkkitehdeista - ja hänen kykynsä, jonka hän loi jokaiseen yksityiskohtiin, näkyy kaikkialla. Huoneisto esiteltiin sisustusmaailmassa, Marie Clairessa, Architectural Digestissä ja monissa muissa erikoisjulkaisuissa.

Yläkerrassa katutason yläpuolella (hissillä varustetussa rakennuksessa) toista tervehtii salonki, jonka suuret ikkunat avautuvat terassille. Huoneiston ulkoseinät on tehty läpikuultavasta lasista. Piilotettua raidevaloa säädetään himmentimillä. Pienessä tehokkuuskeittiössä on mikroaaltouuni, induktioliesi ja astianpesukone. Mielen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu toimitetaan vieraan pyykkitarpeisiin. Kylpyhuoneessa on iso suihkukaappi, à l'italienne. Makuuhuoneessa on suuri taulutelevisio, teräväpiirtotelevisio, jossa on valokuituyhteys (mikä tarkoittaa myös nopeaa wifi-yhteyttä), sekä oleskelualue, moderni, keskitetty stereojärjestelmä, jossa sisäänrakennetut kattokaiuttimet, tuo äänen jokaiseen huoneeseen. Pienemmässä makuuhuoneessa on modulaariset erilliset vuoteet, jotka voidaan yhdistää tarvittaessa. Huoneisto on sisustettu useilla mukavilla, nahkaisilla nojatuoleilla ja nahkasohvalla. Viimeisenä mutta ei vähäisimpänä, se on varustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla: keskusilmastointi.

Perfect location, Great apartment
This is a perfect spot for a small family to visit Paris. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. Coming home after a long day of walking and touring, being able to have a glass of wine on the terrace is perfect! We would certainly stay here again when we return to Paris!

NYE in Paris in a great location!
We stayed 4 days in Paris during New Year's Eve. We had a great time. The apartment is in a great location. We were able to walk down to the Champs Elysees and watch the festivities with an easy walk back. The apartment is spacious and clean with plenty of space for 4 people. The seperate bedrooms was nice coming from a shared hotel room in London. John-Paul made the check-in process and use of the apartment easy with pre-made videos and a website with useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We would definetly stay here again.

Paris- Great Location
This was a perfect solution for my friend & I for our Paris adventure. It was in walking distance of so many things & being close to the Elysee Palace- quite safe! There was a bottle of wine, fruit & cookies awaiting us! The beds were comfortable. Having 2 bedrooms worked well as we had another person join us halfway through our visit. And though it was a little cold to use the terrace, what a great feature. I would definitely rent it again.

Great location
Our check-in process was smooth & the owner was very communicative and efficient. The apartment is as described online. There were 2 issues upon arrival, one that the owner shared ahead of our check in and he was able to address them the very next day. The only downside was some street noise on our first night as there are businesses located on the same street and the first night, there was a truck loading & unloading.

Overall, just OK
JP communicated well at the beginning, but we had a need that he never responded to later in our stay. Pros: The location is pretty good. It's a bit of a hike to the subway, but I felt safe, and the neighborhood is pretty. The unit is a comfortable size. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Cons: The unit is a good size but has a few odd things. ALL of the light switches are by the front door, and they control multiple rooms at a time. For instance, if I wanted to turn on my bedroom light, I would also be turning on the light in the second bedroom. The unit was obviously a studio or office, so the lights were set up for ONE room. There is one small trash can, and it is located in the kitchen. The entire unit is sparingly supplied- no shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We didn't even have hand soap, but JP brought us some when requested. He didn't, however, bring toilet paper, which we ran out of pretty quickly. We had to buy our own. The sheets and towels are mismatched and threadbare. Overall, the place just needed a soft touch- basic necessities like trashcans, nice linens, soaps and shampoo, bathmats, etc.

First time staying in the 8th and hit all the right spots
First of all, we are a couple who has traveled to Paris many times and enjoy self-catering whenever we can. Having learned from other bookings, the things like an elevator, patio, air conditioning, and a good coffee maker are a must and not always easy to find. But when we had an ice maker too, that was great! I actually travel with an ice cube tray, lol. The apartment was quiet, secure, easy to get into and communication with the owner was good once we got close to our date. We never did get the tv working properly, but who has time to watch tv in Paris anyway. Would highly recommend.

If you go to Paris and want to stay in the best location this is the place. You are less than 2 blocks from the presidential palace and across the street to La Bristol hotel. You are on the best street in Paris. Amazing communication with the host. The videos he has are very helpful to navigate the apartment with ease. Would stay again for sure.

Quite simply, WOW! David is a phenomenal host, sharing super helpful ‘how to’ videos ahead of time that made for a seamless check in. Plus he was incredibly responsive during our stay. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The location is superb. The rooms were a good size and the private outdoor space was priceless. Perfect Comfort
This apartment was the perfect retreat in the city. The walk to and from the metro was reasonable and there were several stations in the area, on different lines, so we could get anywhere easily. While the front street is quite busy and loud the windows are impeccably sealed and keep out the noise. The back patio is an oasis in the city. It was lovely to sit out there morning and evening. It was cool and quiet. We enjoyed eating out there each day. The apartment offered many seating options for the family to spread out. It felt clean, comfortable, secure, and had all that we needed. When it got too warm to cool the apartment with fresh air the air conditioning was much appreciated! I loved all the short videos that explained entry, and how to use the features of the apartment. The apartment website was very thorough on offering neighborhood recomendations and explaining the apartment as well. I had trouble with the VRBO app and our host was happy to communicate with WhatsApp and was very prompt in responding to questions.

Terrific Apartment in a Great Location
Nearly everything about this apartment is ideal. The size of the apartment, location, kitchen essentials and communication with the host were all terrific. The only minor complaint I can make is there was only one trash can and that was in the kitchen. There were no trash cans in either the bedrooms or bathroom. Maybe the cleaning crew failed to replace them? Either way, I would without hesitation stay here again and recommend to a friend.

Functional and basic
Pro: Great location, very quiet, comfortable beds, and very secure building Con: Not exactl a luxurious apt. This apt needs some TLC to match the “luxury” as described. No paper towels or napkins. One dish towel for kitchen. Counter in kitchen not clean. Bath towels were old and tired. Toilet seat broken. If these small things above are fixed it would definitely make for a much nicer stay.
