Our neighborhood stands as a jewel of luxury in the heart of Paris, captivating with its elegance and sophistication. Lined with majestic Haussmannian buildings, the streets exude a timeless atmosphere, reflecting the characteristic architectural refinement of the city. Your apartement is located in close proximity to the Champs-Élysees, one of the most iconic and celebrated avenues in Paris, streching from the Arc de Triomphe to Place de la Concorde. The avenue serves as a prestigious address for theaters, cafes, luxury boutiques, and flagship stores of renowned international brands. Fine dining establishments and chic cafés also dot the landscape, Your apartment is also conveniently located in close proximity to Parc Monceau, adding an extra layer of charm and tranquility to its surroundings. Parc Monceau is a renowned public park celebrated for its picturesque landscapes, elegant statues, and serene ambiance. Original sculptures, exceptional architecture, and abundant vegetation coexist. This picturesque setting is established right from the entrance, thanks to its Rotunda surrounded by a peristyle of 16 columns, all still in superb condition. You will also be amazed by the Grand Arcade, a relic from the Paris City Hall that rebuild in the 19th century down, and the Naumachie found within it—a basin surrounded by Corinthian columns, an exact replica of the site where naval combat representations took place in ancient Roman times. Moreover, the columns of this basin were recovered from the funerary monument envisioned by Catherine de Medici in 1559 for her husband. The neighborhood is very safe, with all its monuments in our vicinity.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbours. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in our apartment
