The hotel was quite clean but the room had a weird smell. They did not have milk in the room and barely any coffee or sugar sachets. Staff get funny when you ask for milk and don’t make any effort to bring it to you even though it’s advertised. Doesn’t look like the pictures at all and confused how it’s a Novotel. but it was clean and convenient so overall okay stay.

It was really good stay in that hotel. The overall quality, service, etc. was really good. We appreciated that. The only think, what I found not that well, was the very small bathroom, which is separated from the bathroom and wash basin.

Die Zimmer sind recht neu und waren wie erwartet eingerichtet. Das Personal ist allerdings sehr schwach. Der Herr beim Check-In sprach nahezu kein Wort Englisch. Am zweiten Tag ging unsere Zimmerkarte nicht mehr. Wir bekamen einfach eine neue ohne das sich vergewissert wurde, ob dieses Zimmer überhaupt unseres ist. Wir hätten eine beliebige Nummer nennen können um das Zimmer leer zu räumen. Am zweiten Morgen würden wir durch laute Geräusche und ein lautes Gespräch auf dem Flur geweckt. Nachdem dies über fünf Minuten anhielt ging ich hinaus, um um Ruhe zu bitten. Es handelte sich allerdings nicht um Gäste sondern zwei Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels welche sich lauthals unterhielten. Im Restaurant (am ersten Abend genutzt) war eine Wahl nicht mehr verfügbar (kann vorkommen, kein Problem), dass zweite Essen wurde zunächst Falsch gebracht. Zudem dauerte das Essen sehr lange. Alleine auf eine Englische Karte warteten wir ca. 10 Minuten.
