Room airconditioing and temperature control is terrible. Asking respectufully about it from a night manager was disappointing as he did not behave well. He was in appropriate and abrupt. We felt very upset and it spoiled our stay. Location of the property is excellent. Many of otger staff were nice actually. That night manager needs an insight into his communications as he souded racist to be honest. Thanks

Really convenient hotel to the train station to get to Disney. Great, clean and modern rooms. The room is big, and very nice. The bathroom close up mirror is so good and probably the best in any hotel I’ve been to. Great light in the bathroom. The tub is great. The shower was tricky to understand just in the beginning but I figured it out. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn’t work after midnight, maybe because everyone’s on it? But a bit disappointing. The laugh she storage there is easy and it’s a nice big room. The staff is nice and speaks English. Like another review said, the little tray with coffee and tea packets does not get replenished even though the sign with it says it will.

A good stay
Lovely big accommodation. Emailed the hotel in advance to request not to be put on the ground floor (2 females travelling so feel more comfortable off the ground floor) and when we checked in this hadn't been acknowledged. Originally told the hotel was full but after insisting and reminding them that I had emailed they switched our room (I think perhaps wirh someone else who had yet to check in). Room was surface clean but the shower could have done with a deep clean if I'm honest. Conveniently located for disneyland paris which was our main reason for travel. Have used this hotel 6 times now and will continue to for the convenience and price.

The room we were in was very dated. There were also no lights in the rooms beside a couple of lamps which you need to unplug in order to use your electricals as there were no other plugs!

If you are looking for a base for Disney, then it's okay, although it's very noisy, not very clean, toilet kept blocking and smelt revolting. Sofa bed was full of thick dust with rubbish and old makeup pads down the side. Tea and coffee wasn't topped up at all. Despite asking reception, the gentlemen acted like it came directly out his pay. Woken up early every morning from cleaners despite having do to disturb on the door. Shower was broken. Main bed was clean, kitchen area clean, not far from Disney. Would not go back.
