We had a very comfortable stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and and staff was friendly. One suggestion I would make is to offer early check in for your guests. That would be helpful, especially after long flights. Breakfast was delicious!!

The hotel was ok. The outside area needed to be cleaned up. Our room needed a few things fixed. The coffee pot leaked really bad. The magnifying mirror needed a battery and the window was the AC unit. All of these items were never addressed. Even after we told them everyday.

Very clean hotel. Our bed was so comfortable. The elevator is small but fits 3 adults with luggage comfortably. Very quiet room. We stayed in a room near the hotel and you couldnt hear it at all. The breakfast was excellent each time we ate it. They have a bar and outside seating area that is private. Staff were so courteous. The metro stop Gaite is just steps outside the hotel. The metro was easy to use. Great restaurants all around. We also walked the outside market on Saturday and bought our lunch there. Very fun!! Just the best location!! So many patisseries/boulangeries,restaurants and even a cinema close. My husband needed eye contact solution and the pharmacy was just a block away. This was such a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and answered all questikns we had. The rooms were very nice, beds very comfortable and most importantly, the air conditioning workes really well, which is important when it is hot outside.

Location is it’s best quality
Family vacation, location is great- metro right outside the front door. Breakfast was good. Hotel looks like it’s going through some renovations. If you like an AC that actually cools this did not happen for us, luckily the window opened and helped to cool the room. “Refrigerator” is actually just a cooler and not great. Front desk were mostly nice and accommodating. Room for 3 people is really small.

Incredible location, walkable to Eiffel Tower (mind you almost an hour walk but Europe = walking). Phenomenal breakfast, definitely worth adding on. Indianas restaurant right next door, great tacos. Would definitely recommend, the one con would be the bathroom - not bad honestly, but some mold spots on the ceiling and there was a sewage smell coming through the vents. Incredible staff

Great location and staff. Free water at front desk and bottles for room. They had plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy food in the building. Great cafe/bakery around the corner. Very walkable and safe, metro accessible. Room was medium sized however we were a group of 3 and were able to make it work. Only downside is toilet is in separate room from sink and shower!
