On Expedia is says double bed and shows a balcony for the room we chose and neither were present. It was two day bench beds and no balcony. The room was smelly. When we requested a new room they said they didn’t have any available without upgrading and that was not true. The hotel was very empty.

The hotel and staff were great. However, we had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed was very hard. The cooling/heating system also caused issues. The vent is higher to the ceiling, and when it turned on cold air would blow right on the bed. It was cold and disrupting while trying to sleep. However, turning it up so it didn’t blow as much resulted in making the room hot.

Pros: The fireplace was beautiful, loved the bathroom and soft water innthe shower. Love how the elevator goes straight from the parking garage to each floor. Cons: Bed was a bit hard and flat pillows. The view was a bit disappointing- We were glad that we werent looking at any other rooms but we had a view of the courtyard, partial golf area, construction site, .not operating gondola and the music from the Red Tail Cafe playing ALL DAY! Also the room description said there would be a mini fridge and there was not.
