During this season of Covid-19 we are going above and beyond the VRBO guidelines for cancellation. If the state of UT, the county of Summit, Park City Mntn Resort or the Deer Valley Resort increase their restrictions after 11/1/2020 and thru the ski season, we will allow you to cancel your stay anytime prior to your stay with full refund if requested within 48 hours of the new, more restrictive policies. Even during your stay, if there are changes in COVID guidelines that close the resort, we will refund any remaining days of your stay that you depart by 10am.

This 3rd Floor, top of complex, unit has stunning views of the adjoining mountains, aspen tree grove and even the ski runs themselves. With elevator access from the heated underground parking garage, getting to and from is a breeze and comfortable ! On the Park City Mountain Resort, but facing the mountains instead of the lights, your evenings will be quiet, and without the noise and lights of night skiers, and the snow groomers. Also a northwest facing unit, so no early morning sunrises to wake you up to too early !!!

The interior of the unit is a modern contemporary finish with honed slate floors, alder cabinetry, and quartz tops in Kitchen. Both bathrooms are fully remodeled, the main bath has a large Jacuzzi air-jet soaking tub, with overhead rain-head shower to relax and complete the day. The Master Retreat has a king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #2, also on main floor, has a queen bed and its own flat screen TV as well. The Loft overlooks the whole unit, great kid great away, or a place for 3rd set of adults. With a full bed, twin sleeper sofa, and pull out twin trundle, could handle 3-4 kids , and also has its own flat screen TV to entertain them at night.

The main living space is an open concept from Kitchen, to Dining, and into the Family Room. With a large custom gas fireplace, seating for all in Family Room, Dining Room, and a BBQ on the back patio, its a families dream setup.

Snow Flower is located walking distance from Downtown Park City, also on the free city bus route. For skiing/snowboarding, just strap on the equipment, no travel needed as we are ski in / ski out for the best activities of the day. At the end of the day, just store your ski gear in your own private locker, and head up to the condo. Need a break while skiing, or family lunch, the locker serves a great drop zone for all skiing equipment, and safe and secure.

For those with some work to do in the off hours, we offer free high speed internet, along with cable TV. Snow Flower Condo's have a complete full size work out gym room with all the latest equipment as well.

Great property! Awesome location!
The condo was awesome. Very quaint, and perfect for my family of 6. All of us had enough space so we didn't have to sleep on top of each other in pull out beds. It was very clean, and comfortable. I wish all Vrbo's were this awesome.

Great location
This unit is skiing ski out. The perfect location for skiing. It’s also very close to the outdoor soaking pool/hot tub and it’s not a far walk from downtown Park City or even cross country skiing if you are interested in that. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host was very responsive.

We enjoyed the location and the amenities of the place. Eagle lift was right outside the back side of the complex. Easy to get on and off the slopes. The place was plenty of space for our group. Steve was responsive when we had questions. I recommend the location.

When I contacted Steve, the host, about a few minor issues he was very quick to respond and take care of them. The location is close to everything……skiing and hiking right out the door. Maintenance of the condo complex is excellent.

Spring break ski trip
Overall this was a great property that surpassed my expectations from the listing. Our party was myself and wife, two teens, my brother and his 7 year old son. We all fit comfortably with enough beds. The loft was perfect for all the kids. Unit location is very good, about a 50 yard hike with gear to/from skiing surface. The locker on first floor was nice to stow skis and poles. We loved the large hot tub right below the unit, and it was kept right about 102F, plenty hot and great for warming up and relaxing those muscles after all day on the mountain. Covered parking was great too. Kitchen was adequate for cooking in, which we did a lot of. Could use some updated cooking utensils and a few more dining bowls and glasses but we got by. We liked the fireplace until the pilot light went out, which was problematic as it's the main heat source. I did manage to get it relit myself when it became apparent the handy man wasn't going to get to us the same day, but it went out again before we left. The wall heater units in the bedrooms kept it from getting too cold, but were temperamental. Mostly they just weren't obvious how to operate, I would have liked an instruction page on those. The wifi also kept going out, which didn't bug me, but I sure heard about it from the kids (and wife.) The unit was clean, except for the grill which had been missed by the cleaning crew despite previous tenants following owner's instructions (leaving grill cover off after use). We did have to buy dish soap to do the dishes, and more paper products after the initial supply. In summary, this unit is great for 2-7 people, the minor issues were no big deal, and I would seek out this listing again the next time we return to Park City.

Wonderful Rental
We absolutely loved our stay - the condo is updated with modern furnishings and had everything we needed. The condo is very convenient to lift and having the ski locker room on the first floor was nice. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question and was very helpful. Our teenage kids have already asked if we can stay here next time:) thank you!

This ski in/out condo was very nice for our short visit to Park City. The check in/out procedure was by far one of the easiest and most seamless we have experienced, which is always a great way to start a vacation, and the WiFi was spot on. Steve was easy to work with and responded quickly when we needed him. We are a family of 4 (2 older teens, 2 adults) and the space was fine for us. Any more than 4 adult sized people and it might be a bit tight. Pictures do the condo justice - fun decor, comfy beds, extra blankets (it was cold the week we were there), fun games in the cabinet, organized kitchen for our minimal cooking needs, close to the slopes, ski locker - in short, everything you would need for your ski trip. We’re of that age when a printed booklet with some information regarding the free shuttle, local grocery stores, restaurants, guidance on how to use the heated bathroom floors, and program the wall heaters might have been helpful, but we eventually got what we needed via online research. Cleaning crew could use some pointers, but it was nothing that required us to speak up, and I’m picky by nature. As a caveat - this was a last minute add-on trip, so we had not done any research on the area prior to arrival, and I had not gotten into my Instacart account in time for our arrival, but, I also love paper information stuff. We did not use the laundry area / it requires several dollars worth of coin with no change machine in the room, so do be prepared in you plan to. We would stay again and recommend it.

We were very disappointed upon our arrival when the condo was not ready/clean. we waited and the owner was great about getting them there, we missed our dinner reservations due to this. the bedding was used from previous renters, the master toilet seat broken, lights in kitchen did not work, garbage disposal was filled with previous garbage and was not operation and smelled, the mattress pads were used and stained from previous renters.

Nice location
Few items need repair including draw string on blinds in mater bedroom, and towel bar in main floor bathroom. Also some trash under the bed in the main floor bedroom. No air conditioner, but with the open windows good breeze kept it comfortable. Nice grill on the deck. close to pool with ability to watch kids from the dinning room window. Very quiet except for the person blowing leaves EARLY and LOUDLY in the mornings 4 of the 8 days we were there. Comfortable beds and enough room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen had al the amenities we needed for u stay.

Super clean, cozy & convenient
We had 6 adults and were comfortable because the 4 girls did not mind sharing a bed. If you require separate beds this sleeps 5. The condo is a great location and very clean! Steve is very helpful. Always responds quickly. There is an elevator and the condo is located close to all the amenities like the ski locker, garage and laundry. Definitely will come back.
