I stayed here with my daughter for the Sundance Film Festival and to get a day or two of skiing in. The place is noticeably smaller than it looks in the pictures. The pictures make it look like it is open and airy and it is not that. There is one bedroom of decent size, a small kitchen, a decent size bathroom, and a living room that is cramped. On the positive side, the location is great and parking is easy to find — although not necessarily in the lot directly in front of the building, we had to park across the street most of the time. The building is quiet and the unit is serviceable if you don’t spend a lot of time there (you are skiing or watching films). Otherwise it is small. On the flip side, the kitchen was poorly stocked with some basic utensils, for example, no dishwasher soap, sponges, cutting board, and there was little space to put any groceries. The thermostat was a disaster and the temperature was a constant 90 degrees regardless of how it was set. The owner was a bit hot and cold on the comms - I arranged with her quickly by text to stay an extra day but it took several days to confirm this in app. She was very helpful in allowing us to check in an hour early at the last minute, but she provided no checkout instructions in the app. When I texted her for instructions before checkout, she did had a few requests and was a bit testy. Overall, it met our expectations, but this would not be the first place I booked if I returned.
